Clean, great location, easy

We had a nice stay here for our family of 5. The host was super responsive and everything worked perfectly. Checkin/out was simple. The location is great, easy to walk places, but still quiet at night.
I was worried about parking, but it was pretty easy. I had to park 4 times, and only one of those 4 did I need to circle for 4-5 minutes to find a street spot. It was always within 2-3 blocks, easy to pay with the Ap.
Great base for Reykjavík and day trips in SE Iceland.

Perfect for visiting Reykjavik on foot

Apartment in the central area of Reykjavik, all the major attractions of the city are within walking distance. Available and responsive host, responds very quickly to every request. Check-in and check-out are done independently and I find it very convenient. Small bathroom but with everything you need. Well-stocked kitchen. High price, but on average with the city.

No Internet and helpless customer service

The apartment is nice and well located.
However, the customer service is really HORRIBLE and disrespectful to the guests!
When we arrived, WIFI was not working and we notified the customer service and emphasized that it is critical for us because we had planned working from there. We received polite responses: ‘we are working on the issue’ and ‘allow the technician to enter the apartment’, after all NOTHING was done!
Instead of enjoying our time in Reykjavik we were under constant pressure to find a way to get the work done on time and spent OUR TIME on exchanging notes with customer service.
