Best villas in Raratonga

One of the best villas we have stayed in. The staff were so accomodating. Location was amazing. Right in the centre of all the action, yet private at the same time. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Rarotonga.

This will be hard to beat in Rarotonga

Fantastic and special place to stay in Rarotonga. Very private and felt special the moment you walked in. Beachfront rooms have 180 degree beach, sea and reef views. The delivered breakfast each day was a perfect way to start the day and the staff and their attention to detail made our stay perfect. It would be very hard to beat this anywhere on Raro. Thank you

Looks like nice townhouse, modern style, lots of space. Laundry room/toilet, kitchen and living room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, 2 bath on second floor. Welcome fruit plate. Staff will deliver breakfast to your room every morning. Clean, air conditioner, shared pool for 4 units. (2 of them are Oceanfront and 2- Oceanview. Comfy beds, safe location and good price. Friendly people.

The most incredible spot in Raro! Private and quiet with jaw dropping views!
We were so well taken care of, Marianne is incredible and so attentive!
Details and specifics of our stay were addressed and so much wonderful hospitality and charm—we will be back for sure

No WiFi in the garden villas

Very good location right on Muri Beach with restaurants, supermarket and night market within walking distance, large two bedroom villas, well equipped kitchen including washer and dryer, clean infinity pool with pleasant temperature, high sleeping comfort and basically friendly staff. However, this is offset by serious organizational and conceptual shortcomings: Check in on arrival chaotic, grounds locked, no one reachable by phone, reservation initially not findable, wrong villa assigned, management not available. The internet concept is particularly critical: Wi-Fi is only included in individual villas, garden villas do not have Wi-Fi, instead the house refers to paid hotspots, prepaid vouchers or Travel SIM cards. The uploaded photo with the official Wi-Fi information of the house clearly documents this practice and is not an isolated incident or misunderstanding. With an overnight price of around 600 EUR, this is not up-to-date internationally and is a clear reason for exclusion for many guests. In addition, there are ant problems in several villas and on sun loungers, non-working HDMI connections on the TVs in the living area and only sporadically working pool lighting. The beach in front of the villa serves more as a backdrop, for swimming the pool is much better suited. Much more meaningful for four people through cost sharing, critical for couples given price and performance. Very good location and solid basic substance, but significant shortcomings in organization, technology and contemporary standard.

We regret the villa mix-up and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm, and on this occasion our team remained on-site awaiting your arrival, as we had not received confirmation of your expected arrival time despite our attempts to contact you prior. That said, we understand how frustrating this experience was and are reviewing our processes to improve communication and avoid similar situations in the future.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the Wi-Fi and maintenance, and these have been noted and are being addressed to further enhance the experience for our guests.
