Amazing hotel experience
What really makes the hotel special is their focus on guest happiness. They think about everything , with plenty of activities for kids and adults.
Once again, our experience was beyond our expectations, and we loved and enjoyed every minute.
We highly recommend checking it out and enjoying everything the hotel has to offer

The AC did not work properly. Had to drop the thermostat to 16.5 degrees C after midnight. Overnight it turned off. Was too warm. Desk said would have the manager address the problem. Also said I paid Hotels.com and he can’t give us a concession/discount.
Since 13-14 of August, we have not heard from the hotel.
They should stand behind the quality of their hotel when there is a problem or complaint. We love Israel and come multiple times every year. We stayed in Dan hotels in Eilat and Tel Aviv in years past.
Dan should stand behind the quality of its hotels.

Great place to relax
The hotel really shines around its food. The Friday night dinner was amazing: sushi, asado, duck, chicken, fish and more. For breakfast a great variety of cheeses, lox and herrings plus mushroom polenta as well as two kinds of shakshuka.
The kids had a great time in the pool. I do think the outside area and the facade of the building could use a facelift. Mold in the pool tiles was visible.
Otherwise, great hotel located on the Haifa promenade.
