Terrible, avoid structures like this

Total lack of customer care. It is practically impossible to contact the facility to report and discuss the problems encountered. It is important to try to satisfy customer requests, especially in particular periods without trying to 'extract' every last cent.

dirty

Dirty, dirty and very dirty. The room they gave us was correct, but the windows were dirty with mud, hair on the pillows and in the drawers, remains of nasal residue stuck to the wall, the sink was unusable, the shower was full of dirt and the window ledge was dirty. stains from glasses, the blue sofa torn and full of dust, walls and refrigerator with stains from food remains, dirty cabinets and kitchenette doors, ...in short, we did the checking and made a complaint to the hotel itself and to Booking and the same day we left. One detail: the street full of people getting punctured and lying on the ground.

To be avoided both for the area and for cleaning

I'm i. High risk area, full of junkies and drug dealers. People bivouacking on the streets in pitiful conditions and making even just passing through very unsafe. Dilapidated and very dirty structure. We slept on top of the covers because the sheets were dirty. The elevator was full of spit that hadn't been washed for days. The only positive note was that the reception staff were very helpful. But at a certain time it switches off…

Avoid but friendly staff

First thing about this place is the neighborhood. While I never truly felt unsafe. We never ventured out alone after dark. Nor would the women ever go out alone even during the day.
The rooms were small, no big deal. But cleaning was at a minimum. Microwave needed a quick wipe down, under the bed was dirty. On top of the bureaus was years' worth of dust. Bathroom was in need of severe maintenance.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But for the price you could get much better hotels, for the quality you can go elsewhere and pay half.

Dirty and loud

It’s nothing like what they show on the photos. First of all, there was a tiny cockroach on the counter of our room. The plates and cups in the drawer weren’t washed from the last visitors. Our shower was moldy and dirty, I didn’t risk going in there without my flip flops. The floor in the bedroom was covered in some waxy cleaning product, it felt weird to walk on it. The rooftop was supposed to be this cute hangout place with tables and hammocks but in reality everything was completely trashed, there was almost no furniture except a few chairs and sofa that looked like they just brought it from the garbage can. In the end, the place was advertised as “sound proof” and it said the neighborhood was supposed to be quiet but in reality there is a kindergarten right outside the window and every morning starts with kids yelling and blasting music which you can hear even with your windows closed. This stay was not worth the money at all.
