Near the center of Altamura

A good b & b located a few meters from the historic center of Altamura, friendly managers and very considerate on the well-being of customers. The room is very nice, new furniture, neat and clean. Breakfast Service in the room with coffee machine Bialetti and capsules, biscuits and local desserts, juices and chips. Possibility to park your car in a garage on site, monitored and alarmed. A good solution for those who want to visit Altamura and neighboring countries.

The owner was very helpful and helped us find a restaurant and offered us a garage for parking. The place is very new and clean. There isn’t much for a B&B. A few packaged snacks and water.

We stayed in 12 hotels over 3 trips in Puglia and this is the only one we wouldn't go back to. 
1) Noise: You can hear everything going on in the hallway, the other B&B room, and the apt next door. Our last morning we were woken up at 6am by the very loud guests next door. This is obv not something the host can control - but it makes it impossible to relax.
2) No breakfast: Host said it specifically explained online that there is no breakfast and snacks are offered as a courtesy. I don't mind having to go out for breakfast - but then why misleadingly call this a B&B? Most guests don't read the fine print and will assume a B&B has breakfast. Please call it a Pensione or Rooms.
3) Room: No kettle (big inconvenience if you're a tea drinker), no mugs, no glasses. The new couch, which allows more people to sleep here, makes it much more cramped than in the photos - I wouldn't have booked it if I had known the table with chairs was no longer there. The terrace is in a very small, narrow courtyard that bathrooms have windows onto, so the air isn't the freshest.
4) Perfectly safe area, but not picturesque. In general, you only need a half-day in Altamura - do yourself a favor and either splurge on that fancy hotel in the Old Town, or stay in the absolutely delightful Giardini B&B in Gravina in Puglia for the same price as this - it's just a 20min train ride (even shorter by car) and you'll have nicer finishes, much more space, a nice breakfast spread, a garden patio, and more.

B&B IN ALTAMURA

Rooms extremely clean, comfortable, furnished with taste and sobriety.
Present appliances, fridge, oven, microwave, espresso pod machine, all new and fully functional. Heating / air conditioning system of the rooms working and in full efficiency.
The b & b is close to the historic center that can be reached by taking a pleasant walk.
The manager is person equipped with extreme kindness and attentive to meet any and possible needs of the guest.
In short, there is everything you need to stay in a pleasant and carefree.

How sad...

Although the apartment is clean and with new furniture unfortunately the structure flaws in a reception below the minimum standards ... arrived the apartment had a temperature of 15 degrees ... we had to ask if you could turn on the heating to be able to take at least one shower after the long journey .. we had to wait an hour for the room to warm up a little. We went out for dinner and returned after 2 hours the heating was already off .. so to sleep with the cold ... same thing for the next morning .. among other things the wall controls for heating were blocked as they can be controlled only and exclusively via app by the owner
The kitchen, although brand new and despite having stayed with formula B & B, was devoid of any accessory (glasses .. cups ... the least that could serve in the event ) even were removed from the stove .. The breakfast provided consists of a coffee pod machine (nothing else) and a basket of snacks ... an absolute sadness. I understand everything but sometimes it would take very little and a minimum of attention to make guests happy .. Never again!
