Just a perfect accomodation in Aosta. Highly recommended
I stayed at Maison Bondaz for a few days with a group of friends. It was one of my best stays ever. So much positive energy in the place. Perfect accommodation, and the place was renovated with so much creativity and comfort. The family-run lodging makes you feel at home well before actually stepping onto their premises, and they put all their energy in making the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for all you have done to us.

Friendliness and kindness
We stayed at Relais Bondaz for 2 nights and we were very sorry to leave. From check-in until ceck-out they were all very nice and kind.
The breakfast leaves speechless... the best breakfast made in the various hotels where we stayed in recent years... all homemade (even bread) and all local products... both sweet and savory spectacular... served at the table by the parents of the owners who are two delicious people, of infinite sympathy and kindness! The room very nice and cared for in every detail! We will definitely be back soon!

5 stars are few, unreachable
I spent two days in Aosta with my partner and we have never felt so good in a structure, conveniently located in the historic center every point of interest in the city is within walking distance, the rooms are exactly as you see them in the photos on the site.
The family that runs the property is friendly and helpful, from advice on where to leave the car (very useful) to what to do in the city.
As great as everything is the real revelation of the stay was the breakfast that alone is enough to convince you to return with products all from the farm of the same family that runs the structure.
COELIAC DISEASE
Each dish that is proposed also has the gluten-free version of equivalent quality as it is handmade like everything else with gluten. Fantastic.
The family that runs the property is friendly and helpful, from advice on where to leave the car (very useful) to what to do in the city.

Everything top.
All very well. Personally we had a great time, also thanks to the family who takes care of every detail of the structure, from the room, to the breakfast, to the spa. Everything perfect, including the Christmas atmosphere. We will return because there really is everything you need to relax for a few days in the center of Aosta. Well done.

Terrible
Terrible! We never even got to stay! Drove from Calais to Aosta, expected arrival time 17.00, no problem there, check in was until 19.00. All was well until we had a long hold up on the motorway. I tried to call but no answer, I sent a message via the Booking.com app, it was recorded but no reply.
I then wrongly assumed that they would be there or instructions would be left. We arrived at 19.30, no answer to the bell, no answer to the phone. Eventually answered 15 minutes later to be told abruptly that we were too late, he did not see the message & find somewhere else!!! We did.
Full payment was taken & refused to even refund 50% when Booking.com were asked to intervene on our behalf. Even they were shocked in their response.
Surely this must have happened before, things like this happen all the time.
In all my years travelling, never experienced such bad customer service!! Avoid at all costs!!
