Booked this spot last minute and it was excellent. Wonderful room, kind staff, lovely pool and fantastic breakfast. Loved every last minute.

Contrary to the description no Adults Only

We spent 11 nights in the hotel, which we found particularly long for this accommodation. Here are mostly holidaymakers who leave after about 3-4 days. Basically we felt comfortable. The service staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is varied.
However, it is not okay that there are children here. The description of the hotel clearly states that children under the age of 14 are not allowed. This was the ONLY and most crucial point for us to book this hotel ever. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool often, as we had bad weather at the end of August, but when we could finally enjoy it due to the weather, toddlers were put in front of us. The grandparents had booked the hotel and invited the family from the neighbouring campsite. We were not asked/informed in advance. We immediately contacted the reception as we were not compliant with it. "Yes, only one hour..., exception..." We HAD to accept this reluctantly. After many complaints and over 2.5 hours later, the family was finally asked to leave. Here we had already mentioned several times that this is not okay.
On our departure we also addressed this but here again ZERO insight was shown. An absolutely disrespectful behavior and no insight whatsoever. If you like screaming children by the pool on your holiday, this Adults Only hotel is the place to be! We could have booked any other hotel here. Then at least the location and equipment would have been right. Parking is available but always occupied. We had to park outside most days. Right next door is a school, on the other side is a campsite and swimming pool. The sun is gone from 4pm due to the mountains.

Well positioned and good value with excellent customer service.

Very good value, not too big and "Corporate", but has all the facilities you need, rooms clean with comfortable beds, and in easy reach of bus station, (10 - 15 mins walk), and offer a typical continental breakfast. Perfect for walkers and climbers. Lots of places to eat and reasonably priced, Hotel staff are lovely, excellent customer service, and would definitely use again.

Beautiful place and breakfast

Beautiful welcome when we arrived, quite hotel with a quiet pool and beautiful scenery, main town is literally 5 mins walk and Riva Del Garda is roughly an hour ish walk or 30 mins by push bike. The hotel itself was beautiful with an amazing breakfast, we were on the first floor looking directly at the castle on the hill.

beautiful stay

The quiet location a few steps from the center and restaurants.
The girls on the staff were all very kind and helpful.
The single room n.20 was perfect, of good size, with many supports, comfortable bed, very bright and with a beautiful view.
The garden is beautiful and together with the swimming pool they give the opportunity to spend very pleasant moments of relaxation.
Breakfast is very varied and good and if the weather permits it can be eaten outside overlooking the garden and mountains.
Wanting to find a flaw, the lack of bidet.
