To be repeated!
Experience to be repeated! I stayed at this hotel to be able to easily reach the CRO. Owner and staff are helpful and kind, rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. Abundant and rich breakfast and a cold water dispenser always available 24/7.
We will definitely return.

Nice little hotel.
Very nice place. Staff extremely friendly. English is spoken. Rooms are big for Italy. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Nice breakfast.

Alternative solution for Piancavallo
Good accommodation, we were here for a dog show in Piancavallo (20 min drive) but preferred to stay low and not on the plateau. Very spacious room (we were 3 + a little dog), good breakfast, good WiFi

Don't do it
This place deserves 1 star simply because they exist. While the staff seems nice, I had the most harrowing experience. I arrived on a rainy Tuesday afternoon. While the driver and my husband got the bags I checked in; I gave the Mgr. my passport. He wrote down my information and then proceeded to take us to the room, whike telling us stuf about the hitel, i was so het lagged i didnt remember that he never gave the passport back.I got up the next morning and could not find my passport. I asked the Mgr but said that he gave it back. I asked ITT people was it in the van and they said no.
So I checked at the airport even though I thought I had given it to the hotel manager so that he could write down the passport info.
That day, I filed a police report because there was no way I lost my passport from the reception to my room without hearing or my husband who was behind me seeing it fall.
I got up the morning and asked the hotel manager for a copy of the reception slip to give to the police. A little bit later I get a message from the van driver that they had found my passport, on the van!!!!
How it got back to the van after I gave it to the mgr I dont know, since I didn't go back to the van because my husband got the bags.
I spent a very stressful night because of this. I don't know what their plans for my passport were but I thank God I got it back.
I didn't book the hotel, lodging on Aviano air base booked it for me.
Someone else mentioned the cigarette smell, it is bad. Also the basement laundry, vit is scary. And the furnishing, horrendus. But I could have overlooked it all if it wasn't for the issue with my passport, that was very stressful and it made me very angry....welcome to Italy, I guess I just pray my next 3 years aren't this bad
