Awesome experience!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly attentive to our needs and it was right in the middle of aviano. We were within walking distance to food, shopping and more. Alesandra (owner) is the the best. She cares about here customers and make sure they have a positive experience. It is a perfect place for a extended stay.

structure to avoid if you are looking for tranquility and education. Before booking in this structure, you must know that foreign and Italian people included by social services also stay, stay and live inside, very rude people and very disrespectful of the rules for good coexistence and respect, therefore, if you like to hear children's screams that shatter your eardrums all day, from early morning to late evening, with mothers pleased and sharing in the children's screams, if you like to hear chairs banging and moving at night while you sleep, if at 7.00 in the morning you like hearing the screams of children and mothers, with objects banging, if you like hearing loud discussions and arguments even at night, well, then this is the structure that is suitable for you, if instead you want to stay in a silent structure that respects your privacy, I advise you to find another structure, because this one is not for you. A good place for an extended stay

We stayed here for one night to visit my son who was living here for a couple months while working at the U.S. Air Force Base nearby. All the rooms are little suites, with a bedroom, kitchen/sitting room and bath. It's kind of basic but very comfortable. It is is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is also pet-friendly.

Beautiful and best staff

We had to stay here for 2 weeks. I don't have anything bad to say about it. Alessandra is the most kindest owners,always alert to your needs. Hands down the best experience in Aviano. You are in the heart of the center from all the restaurants market and supermarket.. Great location and comfy rooms. Home away from home.

A month in a beautiful Italian city, with a charming Italian family.

My wife and I stayed for a month at the Avian Residenze Suites, in July and August. Our room was like a modest one bedroom apartment, with a king-sized bed, furnished kitchenette, nice sized bathroom, and very good air conditioning. The hotel is very well maintained, inside and out, by three generations of a very charming, friendly, Italian family. Aviano sits at the base of the Alps, and all you have to do is look North from anywhere in the city to enjoy the view. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. The family was able to answer all of our questions about getting around, dining out, and visiting other cities in the area. The hotel is about a 3-4 minute walk from a bus stop, and the same distance to the center of Aviano, a great location. If a couple wants a wonderful Italian experience, stay in one of the smaller cities, and use the trains and buses to visit the tourist attractions in the larger cities. The restaurants in Aviano were all very good, the food very fresh, and the prices were much lower than in the larger cities. Venice is only an hour away by train. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
