Great location, great apartment!
We were allowed to stay 1 week in apartment number 2 and were completely satisfied. The location is great, the rooms are spacious (but unfortunately a bit noisy, you can hear the neighbor upstairs). The apartment is with everything
Equipped what you need. The contact with management was always straightforward and pleasant. We would definitely book again! Thank you so much!

It was very very stinky smell im the house.
I dont know where it is, but it still lst at least more than 2 days.
It’s related to the dirty toilet smell…
Also it’s very not enough for hot water,
My daugther was suffering for hot water.

Exceptional accommodation for a self sufficient holiday
Was difficult to find any reviews ( and particularly from UK visitors!) so wanted to share about this wonderful property. It was exactly suited to our needs for a self sufficient holiday with our 2 adult children sightseeing in the Lake Garda area. Our apartment was spacious and spotless with large bedrooms, a good sized bathroom ( with hairdryer - making the one I bought especially, based on reviews saying there wasn’t one, redundant!), another toilet and washing machine, a large lounge dining space ( although only a sofa to squeeze 3 on at any one time!) and a well equipped kitchen ( fridge freezer, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee machine) and enough pots and pans to be able to cook evening meals when we wanted a break from eating out. ( tip - the Eurospar along the road in Bardolino has everything you could possibly want!).
The only point to make would be we were expecting a double and a twin room as in the accommodation description and the apartment we were allocated was 2 double
rooms. Luckily there was a sofa bed in the lounge but my son did say it wasn’t terribly comfortable for the week - his sister was more than happy having a double bed to herself for the week though!
Some of the reviews I read did complain about having to take your rubbish some distance but communal bins seem to be the norm in Italy and this wasn’t a problem dropping it off in the car on our way out anywhere.
The pool was clean and it was great having the terrace and garden area to relax in after a day out sightseeing. You didn’t feel ‘on top’ of the other guests and it was all very quiet.
If I’m being picky about anything to have made our stay even more 5 star it would be to have more pillows ( we improvised with spare towels !) but other than that the apartment was everything we needed for a great holiday.

Nice modern villa, only a couple of minutes walk to the lake at Cisano. Clean and well maintained, fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels provided. Nice secure underground parking which we used for our hire car, and a lovely clean pool. You must empty the bins which is a little trip up the hill, we just took ours at the end in our car but just bear that in mind.
Would recommend hiring bikes, really nice and easy to get along the lake front and see the different towns and beaches. Avoid the ferries as they are slow and not too regular.
Highly recommend Lunico restaurant in Cisano very close by, and Don Pedro in Bardolino.
We spent most time around Bardolino which is roughly 20 minutes walk from the villa. You must also try the gelato ice cream from Cristallo, amazing!

Somewhat disappointing!
We stayed here for a week recently. It’s a relatively new build so I found it hard to find reviews (in English) when researching.
First the good bits. The location could not be better, the apartment is one of 5 in a villa on a quiet road 100m back from the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and we were never disturbed. It’s in a small, pleasant area called Cisano, between Bardolino and Lake Garda. This suited us great.
The place was well kitted out and there were loads of towels.
The apartment wasn’t cheap and I was a bit let down when we first arrived. It was all a bit bland and lacked soft furnishings. Although the appliances are good quality the dishwasher only used cold water so our dishes had to be well rinsed beforehand. The air conditioning in the main room didn’t work and in the bedrooms it wasn’t very efficient. The apartment was clean enough but the shelves in the wardrobe were dusty and the terrace was quite grubby. The bathroom was quite small and badly laid out and lacked shelving and hooks.
Parking is underground which was great. However our fob didn’t work which was a nuisance as someone had to run in and press a button to open the gate every time.
After we arrived I contacted the agent to advise them of the car park and air conditioning issues and was assured someone would call over to check these out. However we didn’t hear or see anything more so just left it and got on with our holiday.
