Weekend

I stayed at this establishment yesterday, and the experience was decidedly negative from several points of view.
The main problems encountered were:
Mold in the room: There was mold in the room, in the baby room, which makes the environment unhealthy and unpleasant.
Inadequate service: The overall service was completely insufficient and not up to expectations. The minibar in the room was completely empty, and there was not even shower gel in the bathroom, minimal services that one expects to find.
We brought the situation to the owner's attention, who had proposed a small refund to apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this refund has not yet occurred, and I have not received any further news, even though I informed him that I was leaving the room at 8 and Anzio at 10.
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for precision, hygiene, and commercial fairness. I will not return.

Bad.

Location old town there Bari excellent but "HORRIBLE cleaning, absolutely non-existent, not recommended especially if you have children like us.

My worst stay in all of Italy ,BY FAR.

The first thing I want to say is that if you want to rest (DO NOT STAY HERE ) the room is located in a courtyard of Roma neighbors, they have everything prepared for the party, tables, parasols etc. They are up to 3 or 4 in the morning talking very loud, children even, it is practically impossible to sleep . In the morning it is similar, I woke up at 6:45 to very loud music.
On arrival at the room there were no bath towels, no gel, no shampoo.
The room has a window with an extremely fine curtain and plenty of light comes in. There's no table and there's only one chair. There is nothing coverage for the phone and the WIFI signal goes very wrong .There is a coffee machine but no coffee .. haha, there is teapot but no tea, for the price of the room I think it offers very little. I WOULDN'T COME BACK FOR FREE, I feel conned.

To forget

Basic services, room on the ground floor with little natural light, sleepless night due to the continuous noisy presence of neighbors and visitors to the courtyard in front of the room.
Absolute lack of assistance from the manager despite requests.
