Hotel/apartment was really nice and in a very good area. 6 minutes maybe from the train station, 5 from Bari Vecchia. I got lost finding the spot (google maps) and the host got back to me in like 4 seconds to help navigate me.

Clean spacious room, very comfy bed. Particularly liked the fact there was a small fridge and a safe in the room, along with a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies.
The bathroom was a bit tired but very clean, the shower was excellent, and good sized towels provided daily.
The location is very good in one of the smaller streets, within easy walking distance to the old town and harbour area, and the central station and city areas in the other direction.
We would stay here again.

A good mid-range option
A pleasant location, a few minutes’ walk from the railway station in one direction and a few minutes from the old city in the other. And with a good range of eating places near at hand.
My room was situated in a building a little way along the road from the one housing the reception. The room was spacious – fairly basic but perfectly adequate. The bathroom might most politely be described as compact, but it was functional. My only real complaint would be the lack of lighting (a single wall light and a bedside light), but this is a common problem in hotels.
Being in a separate building, my only real contact with staff was checking in and out: they were friendly and efficient.
There was some street noise, especially on Friday evening, but not too late, so not a problem.
Overall, a competitively priced option.

Excellent Central Hotel
I booked Zodiacus for my first time to Bari as so central for a base to visit other areas of Puglia on day trips. As a solo female traveller l was very happy with this accommodation as it is very safe and secure.
My room was excellent. There is a fridge and kettle in room. The bed was comfortable with lovely soft bedding. The shower pressure was good with plenty of hot water.
The staff are very helpful and considerate, both prior to trip by communication and whilst l was staying in accommodation.
If l ever go back to Bari l will definitely book Zodiacus again as l very much enjoyed staying there.
