A “0” would be a very good score for Zeus Bibione if not minus
We booked a double room from 27/08-01/09 for my 16yo daughter and her schoolmate. The girls arrived on time 5pm for check in after a 16hrs trip with the train. The previous day and the day of the arrival the hotel called me 3 times asking if and when we are arriving even though I had already prepaid for the room. During those calls no one informed me about problems about my room. Eventually when the young ladies arrived, without calling me ( I was the person who did the booking and paid) they told the ladies that there was a problem with their room and they should go to an other hotel. Without my permission they changed the room and the hotel to a cheaper and they left the young ladies to walk together with their suitcases, after a 16hrs trip, to an unknown location in an unknown town. After calling and shouting, they promised that today they will change again, pick up the girls and bring them back to the original hotel. It’s already noon and nothing happened. The girls passed by and the receptionist told them she knows nothing and they should wait until afternoon.
Now I am asking you: If someone pairs up the 3 calls before arrival and after they have taken through email the online check in with the ages of the girls, isn’t it easy to believe that they gave their room to someone else and send them to somewhere cheaper?
How do you find the fact that they didn’t informed me?
Is it legal to change the prepaid room and hotel without the permission of the customer .
If there was a 0 to give them i would have given.
They should do something different except customer service.
