A gem in Puglia
The staff, including the manager, is truly very welcoming, professional, and attentive to the customer. A quality increasingly rare in hotels.
Super clean room, fragrant, with a small terrace and two delicate touches: a complimentary bottle of water and a mosquito repellent plug.
A nice bathroom as well.
I also appreciated the pool and the ample parking. Hotel easy to reach and very quiet.
Excellent value for money.

Aging hotel, super staff.
Decent room but aging, small bathroom dating from the 90s.
Narrow shower and not waterproof. Restaurant in the basement, decent meal but breakfast without hot dishes (omelet, bacon...)
Helpful and friendly staff. We were on a tour for 2 nights and everyone shared the same opinion. Some were better off with suites and larger bathrooms; it was a lottery with the rooms.

Very average for a 4-star.
Small room - broken drawer - dirty carpet in the hallway.
On the other hand, a special mention for the friendly and attentive staff.

Very unpleasant.
We made 3 meals in a large room in the basement. Locked up in the middle of July, the meal is suitable.
The staff is welcoming and very friendly which has revealed unenviable services.
