Clean and fragrant
Close to the station, so convenient for those traveling by train. The owner very very nice and helpful. Clean room and very welcoming environment. Agreement with nearby parking and other premises for lunch and dinner. Only problem: there were 4 of us and the fourth took a cold shower. Maybe it was a coincidence. Anyway I recommend it.

Unexpected €30 Charge and Lack of Transparency
One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had as a traveler.
I have been staying at this property regularly, almost every month, and I genuinely believed that loyalty, trust, and respect for returning guests mattered. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise.
On the day of my arrival, I informed the owner several hours in advance that my flight had been delayed and that I would arrive late in the evening. I was clearly told that there was no problem. At no point during our conversation was I informed that there would be an additional charge for late check-in.
After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived at the property only to be told, for the first time, that I had to pay an extra €30 for a late check-in. In other words, the charge was disclosed only after my arrival, when I had no alternative and no opportunity to decide whether I agreed to it or not.
What makes the situation even more unacceptable is that there was no actual late check-in service provided. Nobody was waiting for me. Nobody came to greet me or open the door. I simply received a code by message and entered the property on my own.
Later, the owner admitted that she had forgotten to inform me about the extra charge. Despite this, instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication, I was made to feel as though I should be grateful.
The issue is not the €30. The issue is transparency, honesty, and professional conduct. Charging a guest for something that was never communicated in advance, especially after being informed of a flight delay hours earlier, is simply unacceptable.
As a regular guest, I expected much better treatment. Instead, I was left feeling misled, disrespected, and extremely disappointed.
This property has lost a loyal customer, and after this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone who values professionalism, clear communication, and fair treatment of guests.
