Charming Apartment with a Beautiful Terrace in the Perfect Location
One of our favourite stays in Europe! Residence Studio Vita - Studio Apartment was absolutely charming and full of character. The apartment was so cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved all the facilities provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the highlights was the shared terrace — such a special place to relax in the afternoons with an aperitif and snacks while looking out over the beautiful terracotta rooftops. Listening to the nonnas chatting away in Italian below made the whole experience feel so authentic and memorable.
The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything, making it so convenient to explore the city. We absolutely loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat!

Ok apartment but not for a light sleeper
I would not stay there again.
There are a few reasons for this.
Firstly the person from Studio Vita who replies to messages on WhatsApp is very abrupt. When we ask a question there was always a stern or slightly short/aggressive reply. Eg.Where is the most affordable or convenient place to park please? Reply-"Look at your reservation". Come on. You are in the customer service industry and your wages and the success of your bookings comes down to the customer experience. No bookings, no job. Be a bit more pleasant.
When I confronted them about the multiple times they were less than pleasant, they commented that they are really busy managing 52 properties.
The second reason, if you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. You can hear everything. People upstairs banging and moving tables and chairs, people in the stairwell is like an amphitheatre, banging and closing of multiple apartment doors all night long and the bar underneath. I personally didn't get to sleep until after 1:30 but that could just be me.
The apartment itself is well appointed with everything you could need and the bed is quite comfortable. The main advantage is that you are in the thick of the city with everything close by.

You were simply asked for your reservation number to identify which of our properties you had booked (since we have several in Bologna) and thus provide you with precise directions to the closest and most convenient parking spot.
Topic of conversation: We tried to assist you as best we could despite the persistent messages ("Is it too hard?"). Despite this, we maintained the utmost professionalism and promptly apologized for a typo in the parking lot name (Piazza VIII Agosto).
Soundproofing: Since the apartment is located in the historic center of a vibrant city like Bologna, outside noise or nightlife can unfortunately be more noticeable, especially on weekends, despite our standard windows. We apologize if this has disturbed your rest.
Our goal is always to ensure a pleasant stay, based on mutual respect between guests and staff.

Exceptional.
Location, cleanliness, tranquility, value for money, all advantages for staying here, but not only that, the terrace with a view of the rooftops of Bologna is enchanting, and the staff is very helpful, especially Martina, who is lovely.

Wonderful experience
The apartment is perfect, central, within walking distance of the main attractions. Check-in is quick and the guys at reception are welcoming, nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Great, large and very clean apartment
We had booked the apartment Q9 with 3 bedrooms. Everything was perfectly organized from booking to handing over the keys. A fantastic apartment, spacious and spotlessly clean. The only drawback was the second bedroom (with 2 single beds), there was no blackout option and a spotlight shone into the room. So it is best to have a sleeping mask with you. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and the communal terrace was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, kettle, Italian coffee machine and capsule machine. We really liked the accommodation. The apartment is centrally located and on foot you are in about 5 minutes on Via delle Indipendenza (walking mile).
