Short stay

We, 2 adults & 2 17-year-old teenagers, had booked on short notice, as we wanted to make a stop towards Villach/Carinthia only around 6:00 PM coming from Sirmione, and we did not regret it....already warmly welcomed upon arrival, with all important information, then we moved into our double rooms on the 2nd floor, with balcony & view of the fruit orchard....
Room: Bed excellent, the open shower a dream, toilet & bidet top....
Actually, we wanted to go to Bolzano for dinner, but: the terrace & the garden, where we had a glass of wine, convinced us to try dinner here as well & we were not disappointed, on the contrary, excellent and highly recommended
Likewise the next morning, after a short visit to the rooftop terrace in the whirlpool, the breakfast buffet, excellent and tip-top....
At check-out, which one of the very nice & competent owners carried out personally, we received a bottle of excellent apple juice, BOZEN Card, where we also used the cable car and narrow-gauge railway, as well....Conclusion: all staff extraordinarily friendly and accommodating....we would love to come back & say thank you

Pleasantly surprised

We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price. It is located on the outskirts of Bolzano, but the room is very decent with free parking. The service from the employees is very good. The buffet breakfast is above average. Issues: they close at 10:00 PM and you enter with a code, and above all, dinner is only until 8:30 PM. At 8:35 PM they will no longer serve you dinner.

We were very satisfied.

Very nice hotel with sensational cuisine, friendly staff, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

Just beautiful!

Very friendly staff throughout the house, garden room with spacious bathroom, very clean and with beautiful views of the apple orchards and gardens, despite proximity to the airport amazingly quiet, good breakfast and very good dinner, good starting point for excursions towards Merano or Lake Garda. Possibility to charge electric car, large parking lot, nice terrace. We felt very comfortable - thank you for the great days at Hotel Raffl.

Just great

There was a very friendly welcome and we moved into a family suite on the first floor, which had a beautiful view of the great landscaped garden and mountains. Everything was very clean and spacious.
Behind the house there was a large parking lot and we ate at the hotel. There was a menu that was excellent and had a fair price. Breakfast was also varied and of good quality. Staff very accommodating everywhere. From the hotel, guests can use the guest card to travel to the city centre free of charge. Everything very successful and a nice stay.
