Everything very nice, but…
I stayed at your hotel for the Kappa FuturFestival and I would like to point out some aspects that left me sincerely disappointed.
I chose your facility because I considered it a quality solution and, overall, the stay was pleasant. Precisely for this reason, I am sorry to have to highlight two problems that I consider important.
The first concerns the room cleaning service. Despite having displayed the sign to request cleaning multiple times, the room was tidied up only once during the entire stay. For the remaining days, the service was not performed, even though I had left the request displayed.
The second concerns the disappearance of a small personal silver object, left in the room the only time it had not been placed in the safe. It is an object of modest economic value but of great sentimental value, as it represented a souvenir from a festival experienced many years ago in the Netherlands. I do not wish to make accusations against anyone or advance requests for compensation, but I believe it is correct to inform you of what happened so that you can carry out the appropriate internal checks.
I incurred an expense of about 300 euros for this stay and I would have liked to have an experience that met expectations. The reason for this email is not to create a controversy, but rather to help prevent similar situations from happening again in the future.
