More than a positive experience.

Definitely a positive experience!!!
Extremely kind and professional staff, excellent location for visiting Bormio and its surroundings. Abundant breakfast with local products, spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect cleanliness.

The stay that makes the vacation perfect!!

Alpino Hostel is the best way to spend a vacation in Bormio: friendly and nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast with everything delicious, a super relaxing garden, and to top it off, excellent food... all in a stunning setting! This is the third time I have spent a few days here... and it certainly won't be the last! Ideal for trekking and biking on the most scenic alpine passes!

Highly recommend- not your typical hostel

This was a luxury hotel for a decent price that included a very delicious breakfast. The employees are so friendly and helpful as well as speak excellent English. The place is super modern with such a nice bathroom and very clean. I’ll be back!

Hostel...starry!

We stayed at the Alpine Hostel in Bormio and the experience was just perfect.
The staff is very kind, attentive and smiling, always available for any request.
All have worked with kindness and professionalism to meet our every request.
The rooms are in authentic mountain style: lots of wood, clean lines, brand new furnishings and perfectly in harmony with the Alpine environment. Impeccable mattresses, sheets and duvets, new and fragrant laundry.
Even the bath products, branded by the hostel, with mountain scents, are a refined detail that we greatly appreciated.
Cleanliness is impeccable, with daily cleaning of the room.
The common areas are beautifully furnished, with wood and soft colors that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The fireplace in the center of the breakfast room / restaurant creates a suggestive and relaxing atmosphere. In the afternoon after a day of skiing it was wonderful to relax in front of the fireplace sipping an herbal tea accompanied by delicious home made butter biscuits or enjoy an excellent aperitif
The structure has an in-house chef, who further enhances the experience with carefully prepared and quality proposals.
Breakfast is very good and hearty: fresh croissants, cakes, local cold cuts and genuine products, perfect to start the day in the best way. Also the restaurant to try with excellent typical dishes and 10% discount for hostel guests.
Strategic position: ideal starting point for bike tourism, with ski and bicycle storage. Shuttle to the lifts every 7 minutes and only 5 minutes to reach them. Also convenient private parking.
A place to definitely return: quality, attention to detail and an authentic welcome that really makes a difference. Super recommended!

che dire… la tua recensione ci ha fatto iniziare la giornata con un sorriso enorme, proprio come quello che cerchiamo di regalare ai nostri ospiti, e sapere di esserci riusciti è per noi fonte di grande soddisfazione!
Siamo davvero felici che abbiate apprezzato l'anima dell'Ostello Alpino e ti ringraziamo di cuore per aver espresso cosi bene tutti i dettagli della vostra esperienza.

Horribly loud and austere

This is not a hotel but a noisy and austere hostel, no sound insulation
Tiny Spartan room and without any decoration!
