Stop in Aosta

Clean and nice room, a bit winding road to arrovarci and move in the area only im car.
Check out at 10.00 am to be left on the stroke as at 10.01 the owner knocks on the door little justifiable since the empty structure and we were already on the door.
Details but important in the courtesy package.

Nice property, but hospitality in my opinion needs improvement.

One-night weekend stay with my boyfriend. Lo Tzeno is a characteristic and well-kept property, located in a beautiful, quiet, and elevated position. The room was small, but very unique and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was good, while we did not try the spa. Unfortunately, the welcome left something to be desired: the lady who received us was cold and detached, an attitude that made us feel almost "in the way." A piece of advice for the management: the entrance door lock should be fixed, given that we and other guests had trouble opening it to get back in.

Chuuuuuut...

Very nice place, very clean, the spa to book at all costs. To have dinner in the evening!!! But the welcome is rigid. No mood music, (except in the spa), no wine by the glass proposal. My husband being alone drinking he banged a bottle of wine!!! Suffice to say that he slept well!! I had the impression to be with the Holy Family at the boarding school, with Sister Marie de Lourde watching us... Good... that is to say but it was good anyway.

Location in quiet place suitable for relaxation researchers

We spent 2 nights in this guest house above the village of Fenis. The rooms are spacious and cozy and the bed mattress very comfortable and comfortable. You sleep very well and in the evening you can also enjoy the starry sky from the large windows of the room. The breakfast is not very rich, but still good... don't expect the mega buffets you can find in other hotels. The lady owner I found kind and discreet with the customers as indeed is the discreet location and with a touch of elegance. Finally, the SPA is small but still well set for the type of location. For those who decide to go, pay attention to the directions of the navigator who often makes the road lengthen passing through very narrow streets.

RELAX E SPA

Hotel located at the tip of Fenis which makes it very charming with regard to mountain views.
The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the only note in my opinion sore, the curtain in the shower, I find it unhygienic and every time the bathroom floods.
For the rest everything perfect, beautiful the maxi French door that makes you enjoy an extraordinary view of the mountains.
Inside the structure there is also a SPA area with hydromassage, sauna and relaxation area with sofas and coffee/herbal tea corner.
All very clean and tidy.
The breakfast with typical products, as quantity I would say right for the amount of guests inside, nothing is missing.
The price I find correct for the location, area, cleanliness and services
