A nest full of attention

Now these houses have become for me a fixed stop. When I am in Sardinia I always leave here to take the charge and stay, when I can, even a week. Here everything is always perfect, Laura and Rita are always very attentive to the cleanliness of Lulamax and I see how much heart they put every time to meet the needs and requirements of their customers. The place is beautiful, the view wonderful, the nearby beaches are one more beautiful than the other!! ~More beautiful thing there is~ to start the holidays on the right foot and enjoy every moment.I recommend it to everyone!!!

I strongly discourage

I never do negative reviews but according to conscience I strongly advise against delta apartment for: - dirt from the outside (we booked to have the veranda but full of dirt and bird droppings (not eliminated before arrival) and rotten curtains and interior shutters ; - interior light that prevents you from sleeping well in the sofa bed in the living room because one of the shutters is broken and anyway the windows are like those of a warehouse and the shutters do not cover the whole window; - complete dissimilarity with the photos when booking (it is made to believe that the photos of the common area are those of the apartment) - noisy fridge that heats up and defrosts and leaks water (the owner dared to say that we were the ones to pretend to let the water out) because it was not defrosted before arrival even on admission of Sgra Rita who told us not to have time to do everything being alone (the owner Laura had assured us that the technician who never arrived would arrive). In summary: the facility is managed by a single person who can not manage everything and lacks normal maintenance. Cleanliness standard not acceptable. to every complaint was answered sarcastically and teasing us (eg "good all from Sardinia") and also saying that we were the one to invent despite having all the photos and videos. In faith we believe it is our duty to warn other families especially in the presence of children or the elderly considering it serious that instead of acknowledging the existing and documented damage it is stated that it is the guest who makes things up (despite the videos sent promptly upon entry and photos). IF THE PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET HAD BEEN TRUTHFUL WE WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED BUT SIMPLY CHOSE ANOTHER SOLUTION. the photos are from when the apartment was made years ago and does not correspond to the current situation. The rotten curtains (which were then changed) that smelled at the first phone call were answered that it was the fault of the jasmine. I personally would never rent an "apartment" such conditions. With all sincerity to those who come next.

A wonderful holiday

We spent two wonderful weeks in Porto Ottiolu in this apartment together with my family. The house is cozy, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect: close to the sea and services, but at the same time quiet to fully enjoy relaxation.
Special thanks go to Mrs. Rita, a lovely person, always available, friendly and considerate. Since our arrival he welcomed us with a sincere smile and a thousand attentions, making us feel welcome guests and not just tourists. His kindness and the care with which he manages the apartment made our holiday even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Sardinia in a family and serene atmosphere. Thank you very much, Mrs. Rita, we hope to return soon!

Stay Sardinia

I stayed in a lulamax apartment in Olbia in via Sibilla Aleramo 10 unfortunately it was not a very positive experience (Sardinia fantastic for coasts and sea) I booked for two people with kitchenette bathroom air conditioning refrigerator etc., the point of the accommodation where located is good for all directions that a person wants to take and is served by a shopping center fuel distributor bar pizzeria airport port for boarding ferries etc. good air conditioning at night you sleep like god neighborhood quiet enough nothing to complain, but very small for two people kitchenette less than the bare minimum, refrigerator that from hotel in the room not capacious-, cleaning leaves something to be desired because I found dirty under the fridge -the shower cubicle does not flow as well as dirty with mold- the water of the washbasin bathroom descends slowly into the drain the shower ditto you are forced to wash with dirty water underfoot and ant hands that outside in the small garden you find them from everything lack mosquito nets to the bathroom and the front door this means intrusion mosquitoes, , for breakfast lunch or dinner you can only outside in the garden that is very hot with flies and other insects in addition to the strong smell of garbage that unfortunately other condominiums leave out and without differentiating as a result that the operators do not withdraw parking where you find to not lengthen could be done more maintenance and / or attention I'm sorry for this review that could have been much more positive with these conditions in my opinion is not a good business card I stayed in other holiday apartments and I had a great time and even today I have phone reports.

Perfect stay again this year

We returned for the second year in a row and this time we felt "at home". We stayed in two different apartments (Mike and Victor), both spacious, cozy and equipped with every comfort.
Mrs. Roberta then is delicious, always available to meet the needs of its guests.
The location is good, convenient to the most beautiful beaches and San Teodoro.
Highly recommended!!
