Dream place!

The location is enchanting, and the decor and style of the rooms are stunning. The suites are spacious, well laid out, and attended to in detail. The cleanliness is excellent. All the rooms have a pleasant smell of cleanliness and Sardinia. The staff is very professional, kind, and courteous. Perfect welcome. The ladies are kind and attentive. Beautiful and private place. I took family suite number. 6 with the fireplace and the hot tub. Suite number. It has a breathtaking view of the Cagliari marina, and at dusk, the pink flamingos pass by. You can smell the scent of the sea salt and myrtle, the rockrose, and the oleanders on Via Roma. Everything was magical. The in-room breakfast was perfect. There is excellent network coverage, so much so that I never used the Wi-Fi, which works perfectly anyway. The toiletries were also excellent. The location is spectacular. Close to everything. Overall judgment: excellent! It is truly a beautiful place that unfortunately contrasts with the decay of the common areas of the building. But this does not depend on them!

Comfortable and well located structure

Great rooms and tastefully decorated. Uncomfortable bath. Inadequate lift as well as particularly noisy. Hearty and good breakfasts. Very good cleaning and effective booking management. Overall we are very satisfied with the experience.

Amazing customer service

The people who worked at the suites were unbelievable in customer service. The room was also always tidy. We had a situation where my partner‘s white shorts turned red from an accident and the people working behind the front desk fixed them by washing for us. There was also countless other things which were done, including trying to find provisions for us to get changed and do make up before leaving for the airport.

Suite in the center

Structure in the center, convenient location to get out on foot. The property does not have parking but you can find it nearby. Beautiful room, furnished with taste and special elements. The hot tub makes your stay even more relaxing. Breakfast is served in your room at the pre-arranged time. Only negative note of unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom.

Good place to stay.

We loved Niousha who was at the front desk and acted as a wonderful concierge. She was really fantastic! If every service oriented company had employees like Niousha they would all be successful. Room was a nice size but since we were on the top floor we had some noise when folks were going to the rooftop area for a drink or snack. We also had a small water leak when it rained although it really did not affect us.
Overall the location was good and we enjoyed our stay.
