Surprise!!!

When you do a review...you have to be honest!!!...It is a 3 star hotel...so I gave 5 (EXCELLENT ) for everything it offers...cleanliness, kindness, availability to the maximum, fridge in the room, air conditioning, clean towels, parking, small breakfast but there is everything...I have traveled a lot and travel a lot...the services I found and received here, many 4 star hotels do not offer them!!!...the icing on the cake????...there is Nutella!!!!...Yes, you read right...Nutella!!!...A kiss to the little dog...hotel mascot

Beautiful misadventure

My wife and I stayed for two nights at this property. Clean and well-kept, welcoming and well maintained. In the morning of the second day, the power went out due to a fault caused by work outside the hotel. We were in the dark, without air conditioning and without water all morning until 3:30 pm. I was struck by the behavior of the owner who was mortified by an inconvenience for which he was neither to blame nor to blame. During the cek-out phase I also had a discount!

We stayed for a week and we were very happy with the service. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. We had family where we would eat but the restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent reviews even by the locals. I will definitely be returning.
