A place to feel at home…
Apartment kept very well and everything a family needs is just a few meters from the door: swimming pool, playground, bocce, pine forest, barbecue, and much more.
Convenient and strategic for the beaches.
But the thing that struck us the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, a real rarity nowadays!
We will definitely be back! ❤️

Fantastic!
Francesco and the entire staff at Casa Campanella made us feel at home from the very first moment. The property is very well-maintained, and you can perceive great attention to the guests and truly extraordinary hospitality in every detail.
The spaces are very large and provide a wonderful feeling of freedom, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a few days. Superb pool, spacious and spotless rooms, large outdoor areas, well-prepared and abundant breakfast, and a strategic location. Francesco and the staff also gave us many tips on the best beaches to visit, even based on the wind for the day.
An anecdote that really conveys the level of attention and hospitality: on the morning of our daughters' birthday, they had the table on our veranda decorated for the party, complete with a cake and candles. A beautiful and absolutely unexpected gesture that touched us!
We have been guests at many properties over the years, but the level reached by Casa Campanella truly beats them all. And the even more beautiful thing is that they manage to make you feel pampered and looked after without ever being intrusive.
Thank you, Francesco, and thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful days you let us spend. We will definitely be back!

This is not just a stay, this is an experience that touches and stays with you. A big 10 for this unprecedented location
After many trips through Italy – from Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast, from the northern Italian lakes to the mountains – we thought we had already seen everything. But this place on Elba really surpasses everything.
We ended up in an unparalleledly beautiful location at Casa Campanella, where host Francesco Dario Mancini and his family show what True Welcoming means. Hospitality is in every fibre of their DNA.
The park exudes warmth and cosiness, with a beautiful bar, a lovely swimming pool and an exceptionally well-kept grounds – rarely seen so well-kept! Our cottage with jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the charming village of Capoliveri was absolutely top notch.
An absolute must is also the nearby Mickey Mouse restaurant, with the most beautiful sea views and the island of Montecristo, where you can enjoy fantastic and surprisingly affordable cuisine while the sun goes down.
In short: this is not just a stay, this is an experience that touches and stays with you.
A big 10 for Location, Welcoming, Mood and Comfort.
