Start of the year with a bang

Friendly and clean environment, with spacious rooms and room facilities. Hearty breakfast with fresh produce despite being the first of the year.
Great location in the center of the village a few steps from the course.

It gets better... Very

On the site it says: free parking. Nothing true. It has no parking spaces. You have to be lucky to find a free seat near the structure but ! is not pertinent to the whisker. Those who want parking have to walk for over one km and pay 35 euros. Hygiene is optional; you pay extra. Otherwise guests clean their hair and whatnot ...

Poor stay

Friendly staff, good location, high price for the room that was. Room cleaning done every 3 days is not good. They should clean up the room daily. The pillows are uncomfortable, the shower pingava water through the wet tube very beyond the intended, top of the sanita broken, towel almost falling from the wall, breakfast only on the last day is that informed that could be different since we are non-Italian tourists and despite the offer being varied (within the Italian tradition) is not the best for a non-Italian. Power outlets in the wall away from the bedhead and one of them was occupied by a device and could not turn on the lamp, on the other side could turn on the lamp but the switch was away and to turn it off we were to get up from the bed. Summary: High price for what they offered.

Friendliness but totally insufficient cleanliness

The owner of the property is very kind.
It is definitely convenient because it is centrally located and the rooms are large but the cleanliness is completely absent.
I have been there with the family and, having two children, I do not say that I expected to find everything shiny but not even to be with tufts of dust everywhere and hair, even in the beds.
On request, we were provided with other sheets but this does not change the idea that unfortunately we have made of the place. In the bathroom the faucets were full of fouling, without the minimum supply of personal hygiene products. And the water in the shower tray stagnated.
Breakfast is discreet but also in the room used, the cleanliness left something to be desired.
It would need to be improved to offer more comfortable stays.

Not for everyone.

The b&b offers spacious rooms and a satisfactory breakfast service. Unfortunately the cleaning of both the towels and, in particular, the room leave something to be desired. I recommend to make available to the customer even more bathroom products (such as toothpaste and disposable toothbrush that are completely absent) and to adjust the hinges of the windows that it is really difficult to close and open.
