Fantastic villa, there is no better place in carovigno to stay, top welcome! clean villa and rooms with all the necessary comforts.
Private parking, swimming pool, just a few km from the sea and city center and restaurants.

More can be done

I was a guest at the property in late August. The exteriors are well maintained and the pool available is certainly comfortable and equipped with sun loungers and chairs. Also the
Parking is large and Covered with towels. The rooms are architecturally beautiful but it would take more maintenance and attention to detail, as well as for the exterior. I recommend adopting white towels and sheets, more appropriate for a relais. In addition, the towels provided for the shower are small and therefore are of poor size for an adult. The interior lighting of the rooms must also be absolutely enhanced, just as there is no sign of the entrance to the structure from the public road. There is certainly potential so more can be done.

Wonderful discovery!

Beyond all expectations!
A fantastic villa immersed in the countryside with trees, swimming pool equipped with various apartments where you can cook and decide to eat outdoors, amidst the quiet that this place gives.
Impeccable cleanliness but the thing that will surprise you most will be the welcome of Teo and his fantastic family. The kindness, the smiles and the attention they have towards all guests.
Discovered by chance, we left crying... and already planning our next stay!
The only flaw: having only had a week's holiday...see you soon!

Building site in the the middle of nowhere

Really poor experience. The property is located in the middle of nowhere and there was nobody there to let us in so we had to call and wait 25 mins for the 'reception' person to turn up.
we had a mini flat that could have been nice if properly appointed but 1) he furniture seems to be recycled from some old flat with the most uncomfortable bed ever 2) the shower screen was missing so water went all over in the bathroom 3) the gas was not working so pointless to have a kitchen, couldn't even make coffee in the morning.
The place was infested with cats that looked in a very poor condition. I love animals and felt sorry for them - I'd have been very worried for kids to play with those cats.

We are sorry to receive such opinions, but we point out that it is mandatory to communicate the time of arrival, what you did not do, the reason for your waiting. We are on the main road that connects ostuni to carovigno, which is also a state road, how do you say that it is in nothingness ?! You have booked a room and been given an apartment, but to be sure, every time you change guests we turn off the gas valve, if you needed it you could just ask. On the shower I give you reason, because a customer damaged it a short time ago, but on the furniture I assure you that it has been bought for a few years. Cats are all taken care of and well fed, your perception is wrong.

Good base to explore the area

Very attractive well located property set back off the main SS16 road. Nice spacious apartment, unfortunately probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Sometimes no hot water in the morning and the wifi only worked part of the time. Friendly helpful owner. You need to like cats!
