MONUMENTAL!

Impeccable location a few steps from the Royal Palace of Caserta, very helpful and very kind Service, room with attention to detail and very modern structure equipped with every comfort; great breakfast, parking a few meters so recommend.

Disappointing and hopeless.

One of the worst experiences, breakfast does not exist and should be removed from the offered and included services; leaving two slices of toast in the room is not a real breakfast, there isn't even a breakfast table in the room. Breakfast is a very important service that should truly be a fresh and complete meal served hot to the customer. Parking should also be removed from the list of included services; it is better to clearly state that parking is NOT INCLUDED in the accommodation since it costs about 20/24 euros per night and is located in another place, where you have to go with your own means and guess where it is located. It should be removed from the included services.
Customer service is non-existent; the service should be considered among the worst in the world. You do not know what service is. I am sorry, but I have been traveling continuously for 25 years all over the world for work and other reasons, and I know well what public service means.

Great for Caserta

Nice room and location. Hot tub and new structure. The recent renovation can be seen.
Breakfast is not up to a 4 star rating. A hood and a croissant as good as they are not category.
Parking costs 20 euros per day to be added to the cost of the room.

自助房，房间干净整洁，符合中国人对色彩的习惯，没有铺地板，空气还不错，采光也好，房间特别大，就是靠近城堡中心，停车不方便，拥堵。
