Beautiful suite

We stayed in this beautiful suite with a private sauna and balcony. The food was excellent, alot of choice for vegetarians, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bikes in the garage, where there is also a power supply.

First of all, you should know that the hotel consists of a new building and a classic existing building - the Green Suites are in the new extension. The hotel is very well-maintained, the food is absolutely great, and the friendliness and warmth of the owners should be highlighted. Breakfast and dinner take place in the existing building. There wasn't a single day that we didn't feel welcome. Connections for hikes and other activities in the Seiser Alm area are very quick and easy to reach.
I can warmly recommend the hotel.

The property has a great location, a very helpful staff and a breakfast that is special. They also offer a dinner that is not only an exceptional value yet truly delicious

Special weekend

We returned for the second time to this hotel... What about... All gorgeous, our suite was amazing, allowed us to relax completely. The comfort, spa, cleanliness were super... All the staff pampered us... An extreme kindness and care... Now rare.... Congratulations to all.... Our dog Maddie was always welcomed with a smile. The food was really good and attentive to my intolerance... Congratulations to all the staff you made us feel at home .. Thank you very much

Lying, you actually arrive in a 3* hotel

What to say... What a disappointment when you arrive there, in fact you book a room in the 3* Florian Park hotel. The name Floris Green Suites is actually just the new wing of the hotel. So the common areas (bar, restaurant, garden, swimming pool) are those of the 3* Florian Park hotel. The floris suites garden website is far from the reality of standing on site.
Why use a different name for rooms that are located in an existing hotel? If not to deceive the customer, should I be explained?
We had booked two nights, we wanted to leave immediately upon discovering the hotel, but no solution was offered. We left the scene the next day with no refund possible.
The room is consistent with the photos, except that room 103 is very very dark, without any brightness. You have to constantly turn on the lights. Moreover we had only a narrow view of the church. Otherwise all the windows overlooked trees or a nearby residence very close. So no privacy...
Huge disappointment for this hotel, we feel like we have been ripped off. When you book a room of this standard for more than 500€ per night you expect the rest of the hotel to be similar.
The reception is old and disused, as is the dining room. I will not even talk about the park, in a state of maintenance close to 0!!!! Shame on one night at this rate.
The staff is nevertheless friendly. This is the only positive point.

Chère Madame Clothilde,
Que dire ? On peut tout sortir de son contexte avec des photos et le présenter sous un jour négatif.
Vous avez obtenu la suite Floris Green du Parc Hotel Florian, que vous aviez réservée. Vous êtes arrivée le soir au crépuscule et repartie le matin sous un ciel nuageux. Il est évident que les conditions d'éclairage sont différentes de celles que l'on a par temps ensoleillé.
Photographier une aire de jeux où des enfants viennent de jouer, un étang et ses algues qui sont en train d'être nettoyés, un buffet à la fin du service...
Il est triste que l'on tente ainsi de salir le travail acharné de nombreuses personnes.
C'est dommage.
Heureusement, nous avons beaucoup d'autres clients qui apprécient notre travail et nos efforts.
Comme je ne parle pas français, le texte a été traduit par un programme.
