Eccellente

Il proprietario è molto disponibile. L'ambiente molto pulito e ordinato. Il posto è molto comodo perché il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi.
Il b&b si trova vicino alla stazione della metro e bus. Consigliato al 100%.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is terrible!!

I booked with my friend on booking a room for two nights. We prezented at the reservation and we waited a few minutes while ringing the Bell and no one answering. After few minutes an angel man answered and started ironical to press the Bell saying that it is working - he was angry and very unpolite. We entered and asked about our covid green pass: my friend had the vaccine but i had PCR test for the green pass, a negative one and expired with 1 hour before we arrived there but still I had the document with the negative rezult. He started to scream that he don’t accept me AND KICKED ME OUT ON THE DOOR BECAUSE I AM NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN HIS HOUSE, SCREAMING WHILE HE DIDN’T WEAR A MASK (we were wearing masks).
He let my friend to stay there but at first he let her to stay on foot and he did not allowed her to sit on a chair because he did not want to. He did not want also to show us the room and there was ONLY A TOILET IN THE HOUSE FACT THAT WAS NOT PRESENTED ON BOOKING ON THE DESCRIPTIO. OF THE HOUSE.
He threaten me THAT IF I DO NOT GO OUT BECAUSE HE DOES NIT HAVE A RECEPȚIONIST, HE WILL CALL THE POLICE TO KICK ME OUT!!! So, I stayed I hour on the stayrs outside the house, at 8th floor talking with those from booking explayning that we did not know about the green pass and also the fact that this was not the right attitude to procese like that.
In the end booking helped us and cancel the reservation and we went in another place
I DON’T RECOMAND THIS PLACE EVEN IF IS THE LAST PLACE AVAIBLE IN CATANIA. THE MAN WAS VERRY ANNOING AND UNPOLITE AND TREATED US LIKE A PIECE OF S”””T EVEN THAT WE PAYED IN ADVANCE SAYING TBAT IS OUR PROBLEM AND HE DOES NOT CARE AND TO GO OUT!!!
IT IS NOT NORMAL TO TREAT YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THIS!!
ALSO, he does not speak english. Only italian and he use a google translate aplication.
THE HOUSE WAS VERY DIRTY AND WITH A BAD SMELL BECAUSE HE WAS SMOKING THERE!!!
DO NOT STAY THERE!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE.

Not worth your time. Didn't answer door, and refused to refund cancelled booking fee

We had to book last minute, after our train was cancelled so we did so through booking.com. Upon arriving at the door around 7 pm (15 minutes after we made the reservation) there was no one to answer at the buzzer. I emailed, contacted through booking, then called and texted. After 45 minutes of still no answer I had to cancel the booking (for which I was charged the full price). They refused to refund my booking and stopped answering my emails.

Отвратительный гадюшник

Я отдыхала одна в этом отвратительном гадюшнике с 7.07.2022 по 16.07.22. На Букинге в описании заявлено, что это отель, а это хостел на 8 этаже в жилом доме, в отвратительном, очень грязном районе в Катании. Во-вторых, я оплатила номер с терассой, а ее не было в этой комнате. В описании есть чайник, кофемашина, холодильник, но пользоваться ими нельзя. Это все хозяина и он не разрешил. В объявлении указана, что есть зона отдыха, джакузи - этого ничего в номере нет! Завтраки - это отдельная тема. Запечатанные круассанов и пакетированный чай. Отвратительный запах сигарет на весь этот годюшник, т к. Хозяин этого хостела постоянно курит в квартире. Общий туалет и ванная комната на 5 номеров. Это ужас. Приходиться стоять в очереди и ждать. Очень маленький и неудобный душ. Не развернуться в нем. Кондиционер еле-еле работает. Только на 23'С, ниже не пропускает температуру. Пока я было на пляже в комтюнату мою регулярно заходила жена хозяина или сам хозяин не знаю. Вещи мои переставляли, стулья двигали, кондиционер выключали. Вечером окно невозможно открыть, вонь идёт страшная. Плюс очень шумно - окно выходит прям на ж.д. вокзал и шум стоит ужасный. Шторы полностью не опускаются, и свет все время попадает в комнату. Рядом находится рынок, где продают рыбу, вещи. И там спят бомжи. Ужас. Сама Катания красивая, много интересных мест, но никогда в жизни не останавливайтесь в этой рыгаловке. Не портите себе впечатление о Сицилии.

Reclamo

Sconsigliato per bagno, per di piu' in
comune, con piatto doccia a dir poco indescrivibile, inutilizzato per le sue condizioni pessime. Servizio igienico maleodorante. Solo la camera era presentabile. Gestore dapprima disponibile, si e' dimostrato successivamente scorretto nel richiedere per intero la tassa di soggiorno avendo versato il giorno prima una quota parte.Per evitare discussioni, a dimostrazione della nostra educazione, abbiamo riversato l'intero importo. Esperienza totalmente negativa da non consigliare! L' unica cosa positiva e' stata la gentilezza della sua compagna dispiaciuta di cio'che e' successo.
