Perfect setting for a family vacation

Ideal location, close to the sea and tourist attractions, while remaining a quiet place.
Clean room, friendly and available staff, the dishes offered by the hotel restaurant are truly varied, of good quality, and very tasty.
Very good experience.

This is only a 3-star hotel.

Our second attempt to get into this hotel was successful. We tried to get into this hotel earlier in 2022, but it was fully booked. We then went to our favorite 4-star hotel in Cattolica and were very pleased. But this time, I simply couldn't physically go to our favorite hotel due to temporary health issues. The food there is delicious and plentiful, and I couldn't eat much. So, as a compromise, we chose this hotel because it is advertised as a 3.5-star hotel in every possible online source, and even as a 4-star hotel here on TA. I must say that all of this turned out to be untrue. The hotel is only rated 3 stars, and there is a sign near the entrance stating this. And by all other parameters, the hotel is only worthy of a 3-star rating. The hotel building is somewhat more modern than other 3-star hotels, and the rooms are more spacious. We got a nearly deluxe room at the end closest to the sea, with a balcony on both sides. The nearby canal, filled with seawater, also gave the room a wonderful sea scent, something you don't find even in beach hotels. But that's where the hotel's advantages end. Everything the travel agency's catalog promised—air conditioning in the restaurant and weekly evenings at the pool bar with live music—was all "off-season" in June. While other hotels had live music playing, some even had it every day for dinner. We had to eat on the veranda, outside, which isn't always ideal, as the daytime wind blew very coolly throughout June, with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius. Despite the presence of tourists from France, not just Italy and Germany, the restaurant staff spoke only Italian, and only one girl spoke English with difficulty. By the end of the week, I could understand everything they said Italian. The food also left much to be desired. Along with some Italian delicacies, there might be fast food, some dishes from the day before. The peasant-style potatoes are always "glassy," and eggs that you have to boil yourself are nonsense; thank goodness there was also an omelet. The hotel is far from all the sights; there's no direct access to Via Dante, the main promenade of the Cattolica, so you have to go around. The sea, as promised, is 200 meters away, which is good. Upon checkout, we discovered that someone had added several cocktails to our room. The misunderstanding was quickly cleared up thanks to the conscientious reception staff, but, as they say, it left a bad taste. That's my objective description of the hotel. And it's up to each person to decide whether the hotel suits them or not.

We would first like to clarify that our hotel is officially rated 3 stars, as also indicated at the entrance to the property. We never independently communicate a different category; any entries on third-party portals or catalogs are not directly dependent on us. However, we are committed to ensuring that online information is always correct and transparent.
We are happy that he appreciated the room's location, its spaciousness and proximity to the sea, as well as the pleasant scent of the sea breeze. These are aspects we care deeply about.
Regarding services reported as “off-season”, in June some activities (such as live music or evening events) are scheduled based on the season and occupancy. We realize that this may have created different expectations than what we read in the catalog, and we take this into account to improve communication.
We also feel sorry for the restaurant experience. Our goal is to offer a varied cuisine, with traditional Italian dishes and simpler options to meet different tastes. His feedback on quality and variety is invaluable to us and will be shared with the kitchen staff. With regard to foreign languages, we are working to further enhance the language skills of staff to ensure an increasingly international service.
We are pleased, however, that the misunderstanding at check-out was quickly resolved by our reception staff: fairness and attention to the guest are essential to us.

Vacation in this fantastic establishment... everything was truly perfect from the restaurant to the bar, to the cleaning ladies; not a single detail went wrong.
I really did not expect such a perfect establishment.
Congratulations to the owners and all the staff.
Everyone should be like this hotel.

Always at the top

This is our fourth stay at the Hotel Acapulco, and once again, the experience has been truly positive. It is a pleasure to find a welcoming environment every year, with always well-kept and spotless rooms, and a friendly, helpful, and always smiling staff.
Here, one truly feels on vacation: everything is designed for spending days of relaxation and carefree enjoyment. It is a hotel that continues to meet our expectations and that we gladly recommend.

Highly recommended!!

Had a 7 day stay at the hotel and we liked it excellently. Upon arrival our room was immediately available which was definitely a plus.All week enjoyed the good food with something for everyone all this with fresh products , a good change from both lunch and dinner.Rooms spacious enough and clean , only the small shower was a disadvantage ,he was fairly narrow . The rooms along the street side are quite noisy but the windows closed and the air conditioning on made up for it. What is certainly worth mentioning is that we have never experienced such a friendly and obliging staff , they were (even when it was busy) always willing to listen to your wishes and if necessary act on them . I can definitely recommend this hotel if you like a family atmosphere.
