It couldn't have been better.
Returning from our 20-day stay with a small child of almost a year, I feel compelled to praise and highlight the great availability and hospitality that this facility offers. As we know, with a small child, there are many problems and needs; yet Ambra and her collaborators managed to meet every request with availability and smiles. I requested an extra pillow, and in the blink of an eye, it was delivered to me. I received a prompt replacement for a piece of furniture that I accidentally bumped into, and I received an extra key to allow my guests to enjoy pleasant evenings on the nearby Via Dante while I was in bed with the little one. I was able to host friends and relatives for dinner (and a special mention for the "rule" of providing the details of guests, even for a dinner, so that we all know who is actually present in the residence in case something happens, despite the constant presence of staff at the reception both day and night). Last but not least, their availability and kindness towards my child. I had a peaceful vacation, feeling safe and having everything I needed to enjoy both apartment life and the beach (we could leave the strollers on the ground floor without bringing sand into the house or taking up unnecessary space, the shopping carts, the parking... in short, I could give a thousand other examples!) Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and we will see each other again!

Impeccable stay above expectations
After twenty years of holidays in Cattalica I have been in different structures of all kinds. For my and family needs we prefer to stay in residence. Lately I was content with a three-star residence, but it hardly deserved two, given the very confined rooms, the Spartan furniture and the exposure with really small balconies. I went there because it was clean, but mostly it had a central location and very close to the beach. But I decided to change because I needed an extra room for my son who by now could not stay in the room with his parents or adapt to an uncomfortable sofa bed that had to be closed and opened continuously (otherwise you could not even walk.
To my surprise I really struggled to find something that would meet my needs: either the second bathroom was missing or the apartment was attic (and my men are so tall) or balconies so small that you could barely lay out the towel plus other things that I avoid listing and all at a price more than double where I was staying in recent years. I understand that quality is paid for, but the figures required were really exaggerated! In a very fortuitous way I received the decisive suggestion through a chance meeting in my city: of my friends who I had not seen for a while had also chosen Cattolica for the holidays and the structure that had satisfied them most was the Baltic residence. At this point I trusted because unfortunately reviews are not always realistic, sometimes too enthusiastic and you are disappointed, or tell negative stories, but non-existent.
I must tell the truth that although I knew Cattolica well I feared that the location was not very central, but I was fortunately wrong. Anyway, let's proceed in order. First of all, I had never arrived by car and had enough time to unload my luggage, also after a warm Welcoming that I had never received with this spontaneity, they also gave us the opportunity to find a convenient parking in the immediate vicinity.
When I then saw the apartment the impression was higher than expected: spacious, bright, tastefully furnished rooms, with many support points that I had never found. The kitchen / living room was organized very well, I had never had a real fridge with freezer compartment, also the view was on a very large balcony where you could also eat if you wanted. Then although we were on the Third party floor we had no other apartments nearby, there was enough privacy. Going down the street I appreciated the fact that in a few steps you could reach everything and I also discovered places where we had a great time and we had a lot of fun. Also being almost at the end of Via Dante there is no such tremendous confusion that prevents you from walking. Our favourite restaurant, Piccadilly, was also a short walk away in the adjacent street.
The stay was very pleasant, in the apartment nothing is missing and I found an impeccable cleanliness.
I assure you that even what seems obvious in other similar structures as evaluation I had not found as even the hangers in the closet that I had to bring from home or for example the hairdryer, but not even the cleaning ...! Even the pillows gave us one each and turned up their noses if I asked for one more, while in the Baltic we found eight, but they kept telling us that if we needed something different they would get it for us. We found bicycles and even shopping carts that I had never seen elsewhere.
To conclude I will definitely return also because the value for money is really good and extremely competitive. I would recommend it dispassionately! Thank you again to the staff for the extreme courtesy and professionalism!! Thanks Resdence Baltic, see you next year!

Beautiful experience
We stayed for a month - from July 12 to August 9 - in this residence.We had a great time both for the convenience of the central location and close to the sea and for the apartment that although basic offers everything you need. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We would like to return

Like home!
We stayed the last week of August in a three-room apartment on the Third party floor. Large and spacious apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and connecting terraces. Perfect location for the sea that is very close, perfect quiet and peaceful location in the evening for us who have two small children and in the evening we returned to the apartment early. On the ground floor they also have a large room with games for children that we used in times when it rained. They have trolleys to go shopping (supermarket about 500m), ironing and laundry, bikes available. We were lucky that parking was available right in front of their entrance and we could leave the car there all week, but they still have Covered parking nearby. Most importantly: the girls are all cute and very kind!!!
