Fantastic location!!

A great 5 nights at Santa Barbara. Apartment was large and well equipped. Staff were very friendly, particularly Laura on reception.
Our apartment was on the first floor and had 2 private outside areas. Mosquitos made it difficult for us to sit outside much, take repellent on your stays!
Pool was small but there was always space. Our only suggestion would be to put paving slabs where the sun loungers are. They are on grass but it’s mostly worn down into mud/dirt. It looks unsightly and isn’t great to walk on.
WiFi very fast!
In terms of location, this was perfect for us. We did have a car so we could explore but we walked into Old Town a few times. Around 20 minutes each way. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops to find plus the beaches.
Lots of on-Road parking at the apartment too. All in all, a great stay.

Very outdated and atmosphereless apart-hotel

Only view was nice. Very outdated. Bathroom and kitchen need to be completely renovated. Dirty edges everywhere. We found it atmosphereless and the surroundings of the hotel are not beautiful either. The lobby on the ground floor resembles a sports canteen with cheap sofas. During our tour through southern Italy this was the only miss.

Great apartment with lovely pool

Lovely apartment with views over the sea from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and gardens very peaceful and well kept. Walk into town (we never managed to get the bus) a bit of a chore in hot weather but not an issue for us. Adult daughter found her bed uncomfortable but we were happy with our double. Lots of storage space. Only real issue is that without a car we were unable to get to a decent supermarket and had to rely on a limited range of products from a small supermarket near the beach. However the onsite bar was helpful in supplying water, croissants, drinks and snacks.
