Experience NOT to be repeated

We ended up at this hotel out of necessity to spend 3 nights in Cervia, booking almost overnight and finding it as the cheapest solution available.
The only real plus point is the location: it is located about 300 meters from the seafront and in a fairly central area. For the rest, the experience was decidedly negative.
The exterior of the property looks really bad: dated building, rusty gate, and a completely abandoned garden, with very tall grass, dirt, and trash on the ground.
Inside, the situation does not improve: the furniture is very old and the details (like the shutters or the air conditioning) are decidedly dated. The only note of merit goes to the bathroom, which is quite new, while the general cleanliness is barely sufficient. The service from the staff was practically non-existent for the entire duration of the stay.
The breakfast was embarrassing, to say the least: very little choice (a tray of eggs, two of cold cuts, some bread and yogurt) and machine-made drinks of terrible quality. Moreover, arriving towards the end of the time slot, you seriously risk finding the trays completely empty without them being replaced.
In our opinion, the property absolutely does not deserve its current 3 stars. Even with a competitive price, it is not a solution we will ever consider again. Too bad, but we will not return.

Very dirty hotel poor breakfast never again to be avoided absolutely

First and last time.
Breakfast was at another hotel. If it wasn't for the cleaning lady to inform us, no one warned us!
Very neglected and old place!

Blind bathroom without ventilation, approximate cleaning, and the cherry on top: expired yogurt at breakfast.

Classified as 3 stars, it deserves one more.

We stayed only one night: nightmarish! Room 19, Third party floor. It seemed to have the elevator in the room: all night it produced a sudden thud. Not to mention the sounds of the water! We don't know what it was but it seemed to have a huge tank on his head that suddenly empties to produce a sudden sense of storm! The beds?!? Those bunks smashed wire mesh and dirty tattered mattress evident to replace!!!
At breakfast? the lady picks up the Cat (beautiful and sweet!) in her arms and without washing her hands repositions the food in the buffet (Also not, eh!)
I'm sorry to review so badly because the guy at the reception was nice and kind, and it was obvious he cared that everything worked but in a structure it is important at least to be able to sleep and that was IMPOSSIBLE!
