Vacation 7/10 - 7/18/2026

Regarding the kindness of the entire staff I have nothing but good things to say, but unfortunately not about the room. Room 134 is terrible. The mattresses are completely sagging and I slept in a small cot that luckily was there. Room located in a spot with no ventilation whatsoever, without a balcony, and at a certain hour the kitchen motors start running and it was impossible to rest... as far as the food is concerned it is good. But unfortunately, because of the cramped room, I would not return. According to what I heard from long-time customers, it is one of the worst rooms in the hotel... furthermore, the heat in the hallways on the first floor is suffocating when returning from the sea and I heard a lady complaining about this... for the kindness of the staff I give a 10... but for the room... try sleeping on the mattresses in 134 and then tell me!

Price too high for hostel accommodation

Wet room with visibly dirty floor and white moisture escaping from the tile joints.
The dilapidated ban with rolls of leftover paper
Dirty balcony
Breakfast with poor choices
Poor attention to keeping the Customer

Great experience!!

We just spent a week in this hotel. An extremely pleasant place to spend family holidays. Comfortable, clean, extremely friendly staff and attentive to individual customer needs. We will be back for sure!

great hottimo hotel vacation

second year that I use this structure and as the first year really is very good, a few steps from the center and the sea, family atmosphere with owners always smiling and helpful and also the staff always ready for my every need, the great food, the room changes, cozy with mini bar and all the amenities the beaches that is in the price the most in Cervia. If I can come back in September and chce tell of the most competitive price in the area as quality / price.
