I left with some doubts and returned fully satisfied.

Reading some comments, I had rather modest expectations, but I must admit that this facility pleasantly surprised me in many ways.
Starting from the quality-price ratio, I believe it is truly difficult to ask for more. The welcome was excellent: kind, courteous, helpful, and always smiling staff. One of those rare attentions that make you feel welcome from the very first moment.
The room, despite its simplicity, was clean, tidy, and absolutely comfortable, perfect for enjoying a pleasant and worry-free stay.
A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was undoubtedly the highlight of the facility. Rich, varied buffet with products of excellent quality. The cakes were truly exquisite, prepared with care and capable of making the start of the day even more enjoyable. And I must compliment the coffee as well: for being dispensed from a machine, it was surprisingly good and definitely superior to what one would expect.
Is the structure improvable? Certainly, like any other establishment. But what it offers, especially in relation to the price requested, goes well beyond expectations. For those looking for an economical, welcoming, and genuine solution, this is truly a choice I recommend without any hesitation.
I left with some doubts and returned fully satisfied. Congratulations to all the staff and keep it up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A couple of nights

We stayed a couple of nights what about hotel that needs a complete renovation shutter would not open arrived in the middle of the bathroom sink help

BED BUGS!

I had one of the worst accommodation experiences of my life booking just one night in this three star hotel.
At 1:00 am I woke up with numerous bed bugs walking on me, in the bed and on the walls (photos attached). I checked the room: infestation evident.
I immediately went to the reception, which was completely deserted. There was a sign with an on-call number: calling, the phone rang empty because the mobile phone was abandoned on the desk (see photo). No overnight assistance.
After more than an hour of waiting, the owner got off. To my remark “The mobile phone of the available number is abandoned in reception”, I was answered verbatim: “Of course, it’s one o’clock in the morning.”
Only then was I allocated a replacement room at 2:30.
I pointed out the need to take a shower for fear of having insects on. In the bathroom of the new room there was no hairdryer. The reception was empty again. By calling the number “available”, the call was rejected. On WhatsApp I was told that the hairdryer was in reception but that the owner was in bed (screenshot attached).
During the shower I also saw a large spider coming out of a ventilation duct without a grating (photo).
The room had no curtains and the shutter was not fully closable (photo). The result was zero rest before a long journey.
I consider this facility unhealthy, poorly managed and potentially dangerous, given the total absence of night availability in case of emergency.
I highly recommend the stay. It was the worst night of my travel experience.

Great accommodation

I stayed 2 nights in August half board, I had a great time. Despite being alone I was assigned a double room on the Third party floor (with elevator) recently whitewashed, in which nothing was missing either in 'furnishing or in the optional (there were TV, safe, minibar and' air conditioning that worked very well). The room on arrival was spotless and was tidied up the following day despite being a holiday (Ferragosto). Excellent and effective lighting with switches and electrical outlets also near the bed. The room had a balcony overlooking the quiet tree-lined street from where you enter the hotel, I appreciated the absence of curtains definitely hygienic, so the room is practically screened by the branches of the trees very high. On the balcony there was also a comfortable drying rack for drying costumes and towels. The recently renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and courtesy set, the hairdryer is not present but you can ask at reception, there is no bidet but for those like me outside the house does not use it (for prevention) was not a problem, the rest with the scorching heat of those days the showers were continuous... About the restaurant, excellent both breakfast and dinner (they do not have lunch). Breakfast is both sweet and savoury, varied and carefully stocked. I enjoyed the croissants and croissants with raisins but also the cakes and fresh fruit. Salty in addition to cold cuts and boiled eggs I really liked the zucchini focaccia. Dinner consists of a first choice between land and sea, a second meat or fish and a dessert between 5/6 options. Water included. The buffet of appetizers and side dishes is missing but the dishes are well cooked, very good and the portions hearty! There is a large and bright room with air conditioning or you can eat on the terrace. Access to the hotel at night is via numeric keypad and revolving door. Both the owners and all the staff are friendly and helpful, another strong point of the hotel is the proximity to the sea, it is really a few dozen meters, there are 3 bathrooms that apply a discount to customers of the hotel Perla, and is close to the shops and bars of this area, West, really delicious and quiet. I will gladly return to this hotel and stay longer also for the good value for money.

One of the worst hotels in Italy dirty bad food and room theft what else to say? Stay away you'll save money and camomile will take a lot to calm you down, Bruno Barbieri could do a new nightmare hotel series we already have a winner
