Strategic location to experience Cesenatico by the sea and in the center.

Very convenient for everything in Cesenatico without needing to move the car. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a balcony overlooking a fairly quiet street. There was a bit of noise early in the morning from the waste disposal service because our accommodation is right above the dumpster area, but let's not make it a problem... we are on vacation. The accommodation has everything needed, and the structure is close to both the beaches and the center and the canal port. Highly recommended.

Ottimo!!!! A partire dallo staff!!

Starting from the very kind and helpful staff at every request the hotel is located a few meters from the sea and the beach Rimini. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. We had two balconies with sea view. Cheap private or public parking for a fee and partner restaurant next door. To return and in fact I rebooked

poor handling of Firealarm/schlechtes Verhalten bei Feueralarm/ mauvaise attitude alerte au feu -> rest is okay

What a pitty that no one takes a firealarm serious. Communication afterwards very poor.
Echt schade, dass der Feueralarm nicht ernstgenommen wird! Kommunikation dazu ist sehr schlecht
Domage, que l' alerte au feu personne prennent seriouse. la communication apèrs est très mauvaise

Pretty seaside town

Stayed at Rivablu in a studio apartment for one week. Initially the air conditioning was not working but as soon as we mentioned it to the receptionist she informed us it was being repaired, and it was. Good showers, comfortable beds and good sized balconies. The rooms were cleaned every day and the reception staff were very helpful. It is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Watch out for rooms on first floor...

We booked this appartment because of the outstanding reviews but it's a pity there's only 1 review that talks about the ugly noise that comes from downstairs, a popular restaurant. This restaurant is situated right under rooms 13 and down, and it has a lot of chairs and tables that are moving on the restaurant floor all night, starting from 7PM untial after the cleanup, around 2:30AM. Between those hours you will not have the opportunity to sleep, the scratching sounds go through the floor and are very irritating.
When you want to go to sleep, take care with your bed. It's a double bed that might be okay in a cheap hotel for partyanimals but not here. Teh matras is so soft that you touch the bottom easily. If you'd like to spend your time on the internet you might be better off somewhere else because the wifi signal is just an horrid experience of logging on, getting kickt off etc.
We moved the next day, the receptionist was so kind not to charge as the nights we booked, except the first one. He ackknowledged the problem. They only put people in these rooms when the other ones on the higher floors are fully booked. Never again.

to start off, we'r sorry about your review.
Here, anyways, we'll try to explain things from our point of view:
as for the noise coming from downstairs, we remind you that Rivablu is found in a central position close to the restaurant you mentioned. No doubt there may be some noise coming from the restaurant itself, as the place is highly renowned and works a lot (especially as we are in the summer season).
Actually, as you said, there is just a review complaining about the noise and if you think that we're used to work with families with kids, you'll see that this isn't a major issue.
Talking about the beds. No one ever complained about the mattress that is a standard one.
Indeed, as the room we assigned you was a two-rooms one, you had both the chance to sleep in the sofa-bed in the living room or in the standard double bed found in the second room.
As for the wi-fi service, it's free and works all over the building. It may happen that, sometimes, in some floors the service doesn't always work at its best, but that just depends on the strength of the wi-fi signal.
We would also like to spend a few words about the quality/price rating you assigned us: tripadvisor and some other bookings websites show that actually that one is maybe one of our selling-points!
last but not least, the day after your arrival, trying to meet your target, we offered you the chance to move to another apartment at the second floor, (where maybe the noise would have been less heard) but you just preferred to leave.
In the end, willing to remind you that we are a 3 stars residence, (also after reading through to some of your reviews), we wonder...are you sure, you weren't looking for a 5 stars arrangement?
