Don't go there!!!

I have not received my money to this day because this Cheff does not know a word of English German. The only thing he can do is Broken Italian what nobody understands. I wait for my money from Booking.com, they ignore me and don't write back

Do not cross that threshold

Hotel in a convenient and strategic location, but for everything else absolutely unacceptable, starting with the rude staff, with no care at all, completely unsuited for this job. It felt like we walked into a joke, a prank, because of how much neglect and inattention we encountered right away. We ran away before evening without even staying the night, despite having paid.

TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! EVERYTHING TERRIBLE!!!
Terrible 1-star hotel. I ended up in this hotel by chance and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have traveled half the world and this is definitely the worst place I have stayed. Rude and unprofessional manager. One of the beds in the room fell to the floor as soon as someone leaned on it, the shower didn't work, toilet paper was missing, the TV was broken. According to the manager, the bed that wouldn't stay up wasn't his responsibility, just like the shower with no water. According to him, we had to coordinate with the other guests so we wouldn't all take a shower at the same time ‍♀️. After two days of poor service on their part, when I asked to leave two backpacks and a carry-on at the hotel for a couple of hours, this gentleman charged me $5 per item ‍♀️. TERRIBLE PLACE

Disgusting

Disgusting.
The booking site mentioned breakfast, but it was not offered to us. I had specified that I wanted a sea view room, but instead, we were given a dump on the first floor with a view of garbage and the train.
The light in the room was not working, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see at night, and the same goes for the hallway light.
There are not enough cabinets, not even in the bathroom, to organize our belongings.
One of the few nice things is the shower.
Paid parking, but inconvenient, and if you find a better alternative for your car, they do not reimburse you; or rather, someone says they will, but in fact, it does not happen.
Not very friendly and not professional at all.

Bad experience — Embarrassing handling and total lack of professionalism
I found this property online and unfortunately didn't read the reviews before booking.
I had tried to book through a "famous management engine" but, despite the rooms being available, the system gave error. I then contacted the property directly: the booking was confirmed over the phone and I was sent a SumUp link for payment via WhatsApp.
I asked for a receipt, but the owner told me he would issue the invoice at check-in... never received.
As soon as they arrived, the problems began:
1. We were assigned a double room instead of the triple booked and paid for. At our request for clarification, the manager tried to charge us 60 € more to have the correct room.
2. The double room was dirty, neglected and with non-existent maintenance for years.
3. After discussions, they changed our rooms, but the triple was also in very poor condition: clogged sink, dirty bathroom, peeling walls and, above all, total absence of hot water for two days.
We asked for a solution, even if only temporary, but the manager responded in a rude and unprofessional way, saying that "for the price paid we had to accept the unexpected".
No excuses, no alternative proposals, no attempts to solve the problem: just arrogance and total disrespect for the customer.
In summary, disorganized and incompetent management, no customer management, neglected structure.
An experience to forget: not recommended from every point of view.
