We had a fantastic experience thanks to the owner Paolo.

We were picked up at 10am at the Cruise Ship bus drop off point where he waited patiently while the bus was late. He drove us to the unit and assisted with the bags, ensured we understood the security system keys and recommended fine dining nearby. The room was clean and right across from a shared bath. A small coffee espresso was available in the morning. Paolo also offered to drive us to the FCO airport in the morning for a competitive price. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a great location in a quaint and historical city. He is going to be opening up new rooms with individual bathrooms shortly. A great place to stay. Gracie!

Amazing stay

Lovely and cozy B&B. Very clean, with fast internet and With a very beautiful view. The owner Paolo picked me up at the train station and help with a suitcase. He even drove me to the natural spa near by. I am very happy with my stay. Highly recommended

Cruise Port

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Paulo was absolutely wonderful met us on our late arrival, helped with bags, got us set up with a great dinner and a ride to the port the next day. Could not have asked for anything more!

Paolo the perfect host!

We had 2 nights in Civitavecchia before joining our cruise ship. After a long flight from Australia, Paolo was ready to pick us up at the train station and take us to the apartment. We had wonderful stay in his house, very quiet and great amenities, use of the kitchen and a lift to get us and the suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Paolo took us to his recommended restaurants and drove us to the cruise terminal when we left. He was the best host and we can highly recommend his place to anyone travelling to this beautiful part of Italy. Thank you Paolo! Regards Jeanette and Paul, Sydney, AUSTRALIA.

This is why I love Italy so Much

Paolo is a very generous man with the most beautiful accommodations. Paolo met me at the ferry in Civitavecchia and showed me how to get to the B&B. Immaculate would be the word I would describe the accommodations. In addition, I had specific requests while I stayed there and Paolo gave me a map, instructions and advice. I am grateful to Paolo for making my short trip perfect.
