A corner of paradise

Enchanting property, excellent food, fabulous garden, wonderful pools, but what really makes the difference is the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to the owner Annemarie, truly welcoming; she made us live a unique experience; we will definitely return, Pier Paolo, Daria, and little Beatrice

Nice location but service needs improvement

The property is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. The apartments are comfortable but unfortunately furnished with very dated furniture that does not correspond to the images on the website. Furthermore, the apartments are separated from the main building and there is no direct passage through the park as indicated by the hotel. To access the SPA from the apartments, you have to cross a small section of the town. The welcome for dogs does not correspond to what is indicated on the hotel's website. In particular, access to the breakfast/dinner area is allowed in a separate area from the restaurant and there is a lot of pressure from the staff to leave the dog in the room or to ensure that it does not bark. They even went so far as to tell us that there was a person with a heart condition who could not hear barking. It should be noted that there are two large dogs belonging to the property that roam around the hotel, even in the kitchen area, and inevitably cause the guests' four-legged friends to bark. Dinner is of a good standard but unfortunately it is difficult to enjoy this moment due to the situation described above. It's a shame because with a little care and a different attitude it could be a very good solution for vacations in that area.

What tranquility!

Silence and peace. Good service and good dining. They are patient with children and accept dogs.
New room. Too bad there is no bidet.
The bartender makes an excellent Margarita.

Excellent

I stayed at this hotel for five days with my family and my first thought is for the dining room manager Paolo who pampered us throughout our stay with his kindness, his professionalism and his smile, he is to this Hotel what a glass of water is in the Sahara desert!!! the other waiters are kind but he is the real star, I also want to mention in a positive way the real owner of this hotel Annamaria, a truly well-mannered, professional, smiling and humble lady and also an excellent singer for me she is a bit the soul of this Hotel, if I may I would like to suggest the same approach to the people at reception in particular Klara, in my opinion she should be more smiling and more cordial, even before arriving she answered me very rudely on the phone for a more than legitimate question asking for confirmation of the booking, she should simply take a cue from AnnaMaria and Paolo who are truly the extra gear of this hotel, the rest of the staff is however smiling and cordial, I also want to mention the excellent cuisine and the desserts and the abundance of the dishes between breakfast and dinner, truly congratulations

A bit of disappointment

Unpleasant experience regarding a trip/excursion organized for "a few" guests involved... To those (like myself) who would have liked to join (having prior knowledge of the destination and the route), it was answered in a hurried and impolite manner: "you go up..." and goodbye... I would just like to add that all guests are equal and should all be treated with respect. I will add, however, that the facility is good, and the staff (with the exception of the owners) are kind and helpful.

ci dispiace sinceramente che abbia avuto questa impressione della nostra escursione organizzata per gli ospiti.
Le nostre escursioni vengono sempre annunciate sulla bacheca dell'hotel e tutti gli ospiti sono invitati a iscriversi liberamente. Se ha avuto la sensazione di non aver ricevuto informazioni sufficienti o chiare sul percorso, ce ne rammarichiamo profondamente e ci scusiamo di cuore.
Ci permettiamo tuttavia di precisare un punto: non possiamo condividere l'affermazione secondo cui le nostre escursioni sarebbero riservate a un gruppo selezionato di ospiti. Al contrario, ogni ospite è sempre il benvenuto.
È vero che spesso partecipano molti dei nostri ospiti abituali, che conoscono già lo svolgimento dell'escursione grazie alle esperienze maturate negli anni. Questo può dare l'impressione di un gruppo già affiatato, ma non significa in alcun modo che chi soggiorna da noi per la prima volta sia meno benvenuto o escluso.
Ci dispiace sinceramente se abbiamo trasmesso questa impressione e ci scusiamo ancora una volta. Ci auguriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro, così da offrirle un'esperienza che rispecchi pienamente la nostra idea di ospitalità.
