Beautiful Tuscan experience

We stayed two nights at Casa Kita and enjoyed it very much. The owners are very nice, helpful and very discreet. Good breakfast is offered on the terrace (probably depending on the season) which has a spectacular view of the Chiana Valley that reaches Lake Trasimeno. The large room creatively furnished halfway between Tuscany and Indonesia with a very large and functional bathroom, all very clean. The B & B is in the center, 100 meters from the ZTL and close to all the historical attractions of Cortona. Small negative notes, in the description of the B & B is reported the parking that is not actually there, there are some free and many paid nearby, but having been during a weekend that had many initiatives in the historic center and being there little availability, we had to park for a fee every day. There is ample free parking in a park nearby but the free spaces were really distant, I would not mark "parking" among the services offered. Accessibility is a bit peculiar, an ancient staircase, with downhill steps, dangerous and in my opinion prohibitive for elderly people or people with walking problems. Our room was close to the kitchen, the poor common sense of other guests meant that at 08:00 sharp (time when breakfast starts) there was someone screaming at our door. Obviously it is not a disservice of the B & B, but of the little education of people, I would put a sign asking you to lower your voice in the early hours of the morning having a room bordering the breakfast area. Overall however positive and recommended experience. Thanks Jonathan and Osvaldo

Terrace with a spectacular view. Hosts so helpful. The rooms and common areas are filled with color and objects from all over. A delightful stay.

An oasis of tranquility between Tuscany and the Caribbean

Casa Kita was a revelation, a real wedding favor lovingly cared for by the two owners an Italian and a Dominican located in one of the most scenic and suggestive points of Cortona. Room Lena where we stayed although not large is a small treasure chest where you can see the treasure left by the mother of one of the owners, the terrace where you have breakfast pushes you not to get up suspended over the Val di Chiana and the Trasimeno. Jonhatan the Dominican boy with his Caribbean brightness is the perfect match with the calm rhythms of the environment. Thank you we will definitely meet again for another pleasant stay

The owner of this bed and breakfast does not speak English, but we communicated easily through google translate. The decor in the room was very lovely and the washroom was very clean. The breakfast room is very lovely, even a menu to order from. I would come back. Thank you!
