Dream stay! Absolute excellence from every point of view!

We had a simply perfect stay at this property and we can't wait to return.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was immediately welcoming: all the staff proved to be extraordinarily kind, courteous, and always ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. The hotel is in a strategic location, in the center of town but very close to the ski lifts. The cleanliness of the property was taken care of down to the smallest detail, but the real highlight of the hotel is definitely the restaurant. The breakfast is a dream, rich in fresh, high-quality products, while the dinners literally won us over: every evening there was a wide choice both at the appetizer buffet and on the actual menu. An honorable mention goes to their management of dietary needs: they are perfectly attentive to every allergy and intolerance, proposing exquisite dishes, designed ad hoc and without any sacrifice for those who have these types of problems. In particular, a special thanks to the dining room staff: first and foremost to Francesca, who personally took care of managing the dietary needs we had, proving to be very well-prepared, always attentive, infinitely kind, and helpful. She made us feel pampered and totally safe, always ensuring that everything was perfect. Thanks also to Maria, who is very nice, and Daniele, who followed us with truly rare professionalism and care.
Final note of merit for the wellness area: the pool and the hot tub are beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the open air.
Highly recommended, a 10 out of 10 experience!

The only place to stay in the Dolomites 10/10

This family run hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, the food was so fresh and top notch and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The spa was also world class. It’s my first time to the Dolomites but not my last and I’ll only stay at this hotel!

Very nice hotel. Location and staff super. Parking right outside. Breakfast fasilities very enjoyable. Spa a great pluss.

Great Location

Great location. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. They are very helpful organizing activities. Very nice rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Great value.
