SUPER WELCOMING AND CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL ROOMS.SUPER RECOMMENDED

Room spotless with super friendly owners and Riccione.La breakfast was served in the best way with products really very buoni.La proximity to both Bergamo airport and Leolandia amusement park makes the structure practical for all the various sposatamenti.EDOARDO ARE A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXTRAORDINARY Welcoming!

A star because I can't do less. For three children (super minors (10months , 3 years and 5 years) he wanted to give us two rooms reducing our smartbox to one night because he wanted to darco two rooms. With a lot of politeness I expressed my disappointment and doubt and he used cruel language saying: at his house if he makes his children piss in bed or that I do not care...etc etc.
Rudeness in person. Report it!
I can't judge the chamber because it decided to conquer the sub-zero rating with the sole disrespect, curse and language of 15 year old angry because I contradict the two chambers asking for explanations and saying that I would score.
Really astonished by the behavior. Too bad to receive negative reviews when there are child being a structure adjacent to Leolandia. REPEAT RUDENESS ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE REQUIRED TO REVIEW

Buongiorno,
Quanto scritto da lei sopra e' falso perche' lei voleva fare soggiornare degli ospiti in piu' con la pretesa di non pagare nulla.
Inoltre non ha mai soggiornato presso la nostra struttura per poi dichiarare pubblicamente il falso.
Ne prendiamo atto e provvederemo di conseguenza.

Beautiful stay with TOP welcome

Review: We stayed at this property a short time ago 'and we had a very bene.La room was very clean and the lady who welcomed us' was very considerate and gentile.La location is strategic near Bergamo and the Leolandia.Tutto amusement park perfect and we will definitely return for another stay!

Rudeness and little availability

I book this property via smartbox, family package with dinner included. The lady/owner contacts me weeks after booking to explain that they have already communicated to Smartbox that they can no longer provide dinner but that despite this their b & b still appears in the possibilities to book. The lady insists that she had sent me an email to inform me (which I did not find in my email though...). She tells me that she will immediately cancel my reservation, I ask her if she can wait because first I would like to contact Smartbox to get an explanation / solution, but the lady answers me badly and tells me that she would not accept my reservation regardless as being a b & b have no obligation. I can also understand the anger she had towards smartboxes, but I was just as disappointed and surprised and being a stranger to everything she had to at least use a little kindness and politeness, which absolutely did not happen.
