Pleasant stay

Excellent location in the center of Ferrara, you can easily reach the most important sites. The place is clean and welcoming, the rooms are made up daily, as are clean towels. Federico is kind and helpful. Recommended ♥️

A nice place to stay

The hotel is literally minutes away from the centre of Ferrara. The rooms were spacious and nicely spread out. The hotel offers breakfast options and it offers a nice and varied choice. The hotel patrons are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help their clients. Highly recommended!

Average stay, could have been better

The room was shared by four people and it was ok, the air conditioning was working nicely and the cleaning persons left the room clean everyday. What this hotel is lacking is the extra service, outside the rooms. I have been to other 3-star hotels and they offer much more. The breakfast is incredibly simple, and if you are vegan, you are almost out of luck, almost no options for you. Also almost everything was sugary, very few healthy options. It seems they are also understaffed, as many times there was no one from the hotel crew in the hotel. Also during the breakfast, they took quite a while to serve coffee, and you had to go directly to the room with restricted access (only for employees) to demand a coffee, or else you are ignored and they don't ask if you need something. The staff was friendly at all times tough. I would certainly look for other options the next time I visit Ferrara.

Excellent location, all amenities and friendly staff

We stayed for two nights (would have stayed longer if the hotel had not been booked solid during Easter) and loved it. Great location in the center of Ferrara, which means you can park your car (for 4 euro a day) nearby and just walk around the city. Clean room with all amenities.

Great Place To Stay in Ferrara

We decided to stay in Ferrara for a few days and found this great albergo in the city center. It was very clean, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Our room on the street side was a bit noisy, but we just turned the air conditioning on low and we found it very comfortable. It was so much fun to walk out of the albergo at night and enjoy the restaurants and nightlife. We had happy hour drinks and after dinner limoncello every night at the bar across the street. Amore Ferrara.
