Welcoming and positive experience
Our experience was short, one night only, and your facility and staff very welcoming.

4 stars?
From a 4 star I expected more!!!
Just arrived I find 2 duvets lying on the bed and I ask myself "should I prepare it myself? " Then I realize it's the duvet and duvet cover.
It's okay that sometimes in hotels in the deep north it is used like this, but honestly in Ferrara in a mild April and with 24 ° in the room I would have liked a sheet, if not on the bed, at least supplied.... The double bed was definitely a king, spacious room (I had a triple) but not spotless (hair on the bed and tufts of dust under the desk) the spacious bathroom with the classic basic equipment (soap, hair cap) there was a hairdryer but the aerator never worked.... One bedside table has the normal socket, the other two USB sockets to charge the various devices.
Dim room even if all the lights are on.
Very annoying system (which cmq is often found) that electricity works with the electronic key, so if you leave the room you turn everything off.
Breakfast
varies, but nothing exceptional (it all seemed a bit anonymous, I would say industrial), I do not drink coffee so I can not judge the cafeteria (all in the machine).
Our formula was just dinner.
On the first evening lasagna, roast and fruit salad with ice cream (good and with the possibility of encore) on the second evening tagliatelle (good but with the same flavor as the first of the day before) and chicken with steamed vegetables (all a little tristarello)
Nice waiters (especially the two guys)... In short, to summarize I would not go back and I do not understand why we owe the 4 star.... About You'll enjoy a 3-star rating that beats this hotel by far. Ah, I almost forgot the mini-bar. You paid for it separately by buying things in the hotel.

Great Experience
Very very comfortable stay also we enjoyed a Dinner it was very Delicious. The room was also Spacious all amenities were good. The staff was humble and always willing to help. Parking available for car and bus. Overall the experience for stay in hotel was fabulous

Great value, excellent hotel, great service
It’s a little out of the city center, about 30 minutes walking but rather than that, everything was great.
Staff are all welcoming, especially helpful are the reception team with loads of advice and help.
Rooms are a good size and kept very clean, all common areas are also kept clean.
Breakfast is good, with great service and a good selection of hot and cold food.
A really pleasant place to stay and a great price point, great value for money.
I can highly recommend to everyone
