Night after the concert

My partner and I stayed in Ferrara for a concert outside the walls, and we chose Lavi's rooms for our stay. Room with minimalist decor but spacious (we had the room for 4). Clean and nice. We did not meet the owners, but we contacted them via WhatsApp, and they provided us with all the details on how to arrive, how to enter, and where to have breakfast nearby since they do not offer breakfast service. Good price. Very close to the Palazzo dei Diamanti, just a 2-minute walk, and a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to the center. They do not have parking, but you can find it without problems in the surrounding streets by driving around a bit. Outside the ZTL. Recommended for both a one-night stay and possibly for more nights.

Night squawks

Negative review due to annoying tenants. Real nocturnal noises, it felt like staying in a dingy motel for occasional meetings. Too bad because the long was clean and tidy, but I did not sleep following the constant moans coming from the next room. I'm not going back.

Cozy functional room in great location

The great advantage is that this is 5 minutes' walk to the train station, and only 10 minutes' walk to the historic centre of beautiful Ferrara. It is also well furnished and run - excellent bed, very clean, great shower. The only drawback is the lack of any amenities to make breakfast - not even a kettle do make a cup of tea. But our hosts were more than helpful and had a good map of the city and lots of excellent restaurant suggestions. They also have an arrangement with a nearby café for a reduced price breakfast.

Do not judge by the buildings exterior the rooms are superior

We stayed 2 nights in this newly renovated 2nd floor, no lift, ensuite rooms. We had a large double room, spotless, with a TV, wi-fi, table, chair & hanging space and a squeaky clean shower room with lots of towels, no shampoo or shower gel provided.
The owner, Michael greeted us, gave us a map and gave us directions and ensured we understood what to do with the keys before he left, his English is very good.
Would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.
Parking might be an issue, as in all cities but it is just a 15-20 minute walk to the station or city centre.

Interessante

Non molto lontano dalla stazione e non molto lontano dal centro. Stanza essenziale ma pratica e pulita, curata nei particolari . Moltissimi libri da leggere... ad averne avuto tempo. Situato al secondo piano senza ascensore e con convenzione per la colazione con il bar sottostante. Zona calma e tranquilla in prossimità di un cinema.
