A confortable stay in Ferrara

Looks less safe than it really is..so do not worry from the first impression.Really nice hotel, average breakfast, very polite staff

In order, but what a bad location…

The hotel is convenient to the station, which is good on one hand but places it in a context of decay on the other.
The entrance is under a portico and does not do justice to the interiors, which are tidy, clean, and welcoming.
Small room, but with everything.
Comfortable bed.
Open shower, unacceptable, because it gets everything wet.
Normal breakfast.
Very low soundproofing of the rooms.
At night, all the noises can be heard, and in the morning, all the alarms ringing on the floor....

A great Negroni at the bar

My husband had stayed here for work in the area on several occasions, so returned together for a trip on his recommendation. Overall experience was great, lovely staff, super clean rooms, grateful for the air conditioning and location to station during very hot weather when returned from day trips. Lovely stroll into town (about 10-15mins) listening to the cicadas. The best Negroni made at the bar

MED isn't bad

Location is ok, classic 4* hotel's.
What is remarkable is the restaurant, it's menu and food and mostly the service. Selma and Alessandro were both professional and exquisite hosts. They even offered some advice for our tour.
A place to be back.

Overall, good experience.

Overall, we had a positive stay and particularly appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to the railway station and within walking distance of Ferrara's city center. The staff were friendly and the hotel generally met our expectations. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel accommodates tour groups, which at times created congestion in the lobby and during breakfast hours. On several occasions, the air conditioner unexpectedly switched off during the night. The breakfast selection was more limited than expected, especially regarding vegetables and hot dishes such as porridge and pancakes, which we have typically found at other Radisson hotels. In addition, while the free public parking was a useful benefit, the number of available spaces was limited and sometimes required driving around the area to find a spot. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience was enjoyable and we would consider staying here again.
