Not a sanitary place, no staff on site, unhelpful and rushed us out two minutes before checkout time.

7 heaven pontevecchio nn advice for nothing.

New Year's Eve with the girlfriend. The bed headboard soiled with old white spots. The hot water sometimes became cold. The heating did not work.you could not talk to the owners. No contact. Booked on booking.
Requested refund. They said the owners would contact us but it didn't arise like that. Booking also did nothing.

The room was very clean when we arrived, but they did not clean it at all while we were there. I asked them several times and they wouldn't clean it. Why would you have a "please clean" option on the door if nobody cleans here? The check in was also terrible. Very strict check in time because "there's no front desk and they're not reachable outside of 3-6pm" but they weren't even available within that time. We arrived at 5:30pm and we couldn't get in, the door wouldn't buzz when we called the number provided and they wouldn't answer messages until the next morning. We had to stand outside until someone let us in. There is also ZERO sound proof in this room and on a busy street. With the windows closed we could hear people walking, talking, and driving. If a truck went by it sounded like a earthquake. We eventually opened the window for some fresh air and it wasn't quiter AT ALL with the windows closed. The door outside of our room to get into the main area also had no sound proofing. We could hear everyone coming and going. This room is also advertised to be over the bridge and it is not at all. It's like kind of close to it. False advertising. Would not go back

not pleasant experience

Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. Upon our arrival we found a strip of feces in the toilet, as well as dirt everywhere, a clear sign of insufficient cleaning.
In addition, the bathtub was not usable, as the pin to close the drain did not work and water was continuously leaking.
We reported all these issues to the facility, but never received any response, explanation or attempt to resolve the situation.
A decidedly negative experience, both for the hygienic conditions and for the total lack of assistance and attention to the customer. Not recommended.
