wonderful experience
This hotel came into my life at exactly the right time. I was feeling very tired and emotionally exhausted, but the atmosphere and peaceful vibes completely changed my mood.
The entire team respected my privacy in such a thoughtful and professional way. There were days when I stayed in my room for almost two days, and whenever I returned in the evening, I would always find my room perfectly cleaned with small sweets waiting for me, which was such a lovely touch. Even when I ordered food late at night, it always arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and still hot.
One thing I truly appreciated was the respect for personal space. From my balcony, I could sometimes see the housekeeping staff cleaning nearby rooms, and whenever they noticed me sitting there, they would politely avoid looking or disturbing me. That level of consideration made me feel very comfortable and respected.
I was also impressed by the hotel’s texting service. Their responses were always incredibly fast, gentle, and professional. What made the experience even more special was how the staff remembered our names and greeted us warmly every time we passed by. It gave such a personal and welcoming feeling, as if every guest truly mattered.
During breakfast, there was an Egyptian staff member who stood out especially for his kindness and joyful personality. He was very helpful and always smiling. Honestly, all the staff members were wonderful, but his warm energy made every morning brighter.
Thank you to the whole team for making my stay feel peaceful, comforting, and truly special.

Amazing hotel but be aware if you have allergies
An incredible hotel! The rooms and grounds are simply gorgeous. The staff are all so kind and caring, especially Sarah at the front desk. The only issue we had was with our allergies. They were missed several times. We were brought a dessert covered in pistachios after specifically stating no nuts and our allergy as well as an amuse bouche with hummus on it at a dinner after telling the staff the my daughter was allergic to sesame. It is a serious issue and worth mentioning, but overall we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply the best!
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the level of service we received. We've stayed in many 5 Star properties around the world and this was by far the best experience we've had. Every aspect of it.

Best staff in all of Europe!
Of all the places I have stayed in Europe, this staff stands out as #1. They sincerely take pride in every interaction. They are personable, fun, and attentive to every moment of your stay. The complex is absolutely stunning in every detail. The restaurant onsite was the best meal we had in all of Florence. We can't wait to return!

Very nice hotel, but doesn't live up to the expectations
No question, the hotel itself is very nice, very well designed and we were very happy with our room.
The room was 2400 EUR a night, so clearly far above every other hotel in town.
But from the first to the last interaction, everything felt like the goal was to make more money instead of providing the service that you would expect.
· we booked the room directly through their guest reservation – with a clear indication that our kids are 12 and 10. Room was offered with two rollaway beds. I even asked, if the price includes both beds. But then On arrival, I had to pay an additional 120 EUR per night for the rollaway bed for the 12 year old, so the room was actually over 2500/ night.
· They advertise with a free shuttle to the city center. We tried to book it for the first night (for 6.30pm to dinner) but were told, that the shuttle is already booked (has only space for 8 people … for such a big hotel) and that we could get on the 8pm. Would have expected that they maybe drive twice … but instead we had to use a taxi for 40 EUR
· We booked a babysitter for two days (since my wife and I had to be at an event). Offered price was 45 EUR (so rather high), but we booked it. When I asked, if the babysitter could take the girls to town, I was told, that this would be an addition 120 EUR/ hour. Are you kidding???
· Parking is 60 EUR/ night. So super high. We were told many times, that they would put fresh water in the car, which never happened.
· On arrival, we were told that the team would open a WhatsApp chat so we could directly engage with guest service, but it never happened.
· The babysitter complained, that they had to wait over one hour for the food delivered at the pool.
· We spend our last morning at the pool – it was pretty empty. So the kids were sitting in the shadow of the cabanas, reading. The server came to us and said they have to leave, or we would be charged with an additional 250 EUR.
· And I could go on for longer
Long story short. Great hotel for a very high price. But the service is far away from what you would expect for such a place.
