Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, gestore iper disponibile

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in coppia per una notte a dicembre. La posizione è centralissima, molto comoda per visitare la città. La stanza era pulita, c'era qualche piccola riparazione da fare ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era più che sufficiente. Un ringraziamento al gestore che è intervenuto di fronte a dei compagni di appartamento maleducati, rumorosi e sporchi, ma anche per essere stato così disponibile quando ci siamo dimenticati delle cose in stanza. Vero che è vicino a un locale, ma d'altro canto è in pieno centro, noi non siamo stati particolarmente disturbati. Direi ottimo per una coppia giovane.

perfect location, bad place

The is not a hotel or a guest house, it is only a room. If you do not like stairs don't stay there because there are a lot until you reach your room.
The location is perfect, it is next to the Duomo.
In the pictures you can see a kitchen but it is not the reality. Only one room has it.
Rooms are shabby, old, not too clean. Bathroom is the same.
It was ok because we stayed there the minimum.
I wouldn't go there again.
In summer it is extremely expensive but it is definitely not worth it.

J’espère que vous ne comptiez pas dormir

Grande chambre avec cuisine. Malheureusement, une salle de bain commune pour 6 personnes (douche et toilette dans la même pièce); dont le ménage est fait tous les trois ou quatre jours.
Eau imbuvable : goût de produit chimique.
Check out tôt, à 9h30... De toute façon, il n’y a pas d’isolation, vous ne dormirez pas après 7h-8h. Et prévoyez une petite laine.
Cependant, je dois reconnaître un propriétaire disponible et avenant.

Consigliato per i giovani

Struttura situata praticamente a due passi dal duomo,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo è molto comodo per i giovani in quanto si trova nel bel mezzo della movida notturna di Firenze con stradine piene di bar e piccoli disco pub....per concludere cito la cordialità e la simpatia di Nunzio che ci ha accolti molto bene..da non confondere assolutamente con i servizi di un hotel,stiamo parlando di un b&b con un prezzo molto onesto...

Scordatevi di dormire

Alloggiato in queste camere per 5 notti.
Tutto perfetto;
Il proprietario disponibile gentile e attento a ogni esigenza,
Pulizia impeccabile della Camera e del bagno in comune, in totale le camere sono 3,
Letto comodo, Wi-Fi funzionante come anche la tv
Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi tipo di punto di interesse compresa la stazione.
Tutto perfetto se non fosse che le camere hanno la finestra che da sul retro di un ristorante aperto fino a tarda notte per cui se avete il sonno leggero scordatevi di dormire. Noi abbiamo ovviato al problema comprando dei tappi per orecchie.
