Excellent stay.

We came as a couple and stayed for only one night.
Nothing to complain about. Beautiful Art Nouveau-style property (kept to perfection), perfect location, everything very clean, comfortable mattresses and pillows, excellent bathroom (I recommend asking for a bidet, as some rooms do not have one), good breakfast (sweet only).
In general, there is great attention to detail, both in terms of services and customer care (The Illy coffee at the reception bar was super appreciated).
They do not skimp on quality. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Reasonable prices, nice staff.
Notable mention: they also manage a location for events/weddings nearby.
I haven't seen it, but if the care is the same, it will surely be top-notch.

Very positive!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in a super cozy, clean room with an excellent mattress and pillows, which is absolutely not to be taken for granted.
The owner Marco is a wonderful person! Very accommodating, and he welcomed us as if we were old friends. He recommended nice places to eat and made himself available for anything we asked.
We highly recommend his hotel!!

For me 10 on everything with attention to detail

Cozy spotless hotel and what about the director Marco with his staff made me feel really at home from the first evening I did 3 nights. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you very much to all of you. See you next time.

Very good

We stayed in Fiuggi and had a great time! The hotel is cozy, clean and conveniently located for walking. But the real added value is Marco, the owner: extremely available, friendly and always ready to give useful advice on what to do and where to eat. With her smile and her attention she made us feel at home. If you are looking for a place to relax and be pampered at the same time, this is the right hotel. Grazie Marco

Fantastic experience

Extremely nice and charming place to feel at home.
Comfortable and spotless rooms, congratulations to the manager and all the staff.
Impossible to think of it as a three star, and taking that into account it is really impossible to complain.
We will be back soon to visit you, thanks for all the tips and advice you have given us.
